“An eye for an eye” is in no way an excuse for revenge. It is not a call to strike back at others for what we believe they have done. “An eye for an eye” simply reinforces the idea that being all One, what we do to “others,” we are also doing to ourself. This will be best understood in the life review process that takes place after physical death. In it, we will be shown our experiences and interactions, but from the others’ point of view. This is not done as a form of punishment, judgment or revenge, but as a learning opportunity to help developing souls more fully understand the consequences of our actions. In the end, we will be grateful to God and to all those involved in this life review process for offering us the opportunity to fully comprehend our actions and experiences.
Today, let us recognize that those who are playing “an eye for an eye” are actually blind. Let us not judge the blind, for that would also make us blind. We are the children of the Light, of true sight. To recognize this fully, we must offer our light, and all that it represents, to all those who God sends our way. It is when our light shines outward that we get to see and thus fully experience it. The more we see and experience our light, the more we will recall how worthy we are of representing God, Love, on Earth. Today, let us recall that being all One, if we deny the light to others, we are withholding it from ourself. If we withhold our light from others, it just shows us that we are not truly seeing. Today, transcend “an eye for an eye,” and in doing so experience your true sight. Do so and those who were once blind will now be able to once again truly see who we were all created to be.
All glory to God.
Peace, Health, Happiness, Love, Laughter, and Light.
