Daily Inspiration: September 13. Frustration and Worry

God is Love and All, and peace is an expression of Love. Frustration and worry, placing themselves in opposition to peace, can thus only be experienced if we’re misperceiving reality. Peace, being an aspect of Love and All is thus a foundational principal of reality, and thus available to use in any moment and interaction. We all as Love’s creations are forever worthy of the state of peace. As we recall that we are indeed One with Love, our sense of safety, comfort and trust increases. In doing so our frustration and worry decrease. This results in a greater sense of peace. Today, let us note that every situation and interaction offers us the availability of peace, and the realization that we are worthy of peace. When we are not at peace, we are not really seeing what is really being presented to us. This occurs not because the availability of peace is not there. This occurs because we have been programmed by the ego to place our focus elsewhere, away from peace, away from what is  truly there to have and enjoy. This does not make you an unwise or less spiritual person. This simply shows you the areas in your life where you have bought into an untruth about yourself and others as true. It is once you understand this misperception, that you can begin to dismantle it and correct it. Then you can become an example to others of how one who is at peace experiences reality. Today, if feeling worried or frustrated, do not despair. Instead, let us see this as an opportunity, as a call to action from the Universe, asking us to let go of a mindset that is not supporting our growth and healing. Today, let us see such situations as helping us practice increasing our levels of trust in our Creator’s plan for the Universe. Let us use frustration and worry, not to feel deficient, but to develop a greater trust in God, and thus a deeper sense of peace.

It is not difficult to misperceive reality when you have since birth been programmed to think of the ego’s fairy tale as real. When over and over again, you see modeled before you behaviors that say frustration and worry are real and natural responses to the human condition. Yes, the ego can  make us believe that its fairy tales are real. Still, we can only walk through its delusional mindset for so long before we start to question the logic and usefulness of its advice. In this delusional mindset we all become frustrated and worried over and over again. We punish ourselves and others through our own thoughts over and over again. Until one day we finally start to get sick and tired of the useless nature of the ego’s advice. This is when we begin looking for a better, more gentle and loving way. As we continue to defy the ego and look for this better, more gentle and loving way, we start to notice how natural this ‘other’ way of thinking is to the truth in us. The more natural it feels, the more worthy of it we feel. The more worthy we feel, the more comfortable we become overriding the ego’s thinking. As we do so we begin to naturally let go of the false concepts of frustration and worry. As our frustration and worry decrease our trust in God increases giving us a greater sense of peace. It will be these small daily victories over the ego’s delusional mindset that will reinforce in us that we are worthy of peace. It will be such victories that will show us, as God’s creations, that we are indeed all worthy of God’s peace. The more trust we place in God, the less use we will have for the ego’s false concepts of frustration and worry. Then, slowly but surely, the ego and its mindset will begin to fade away before our light and understanding.

Today, let us recall that frustration and worry are both symptoms of a lack of trust in God’s plan. In every moment there is a choice to be made. The choice is between trusting in God’s plan, which is also and equally your highest will’s plan for your life, or trusting in the ego’s plan for your life. When you trust in God’s plan, the state of peace results. When you are frustrated and worried, know these to be symbols of one who is trusting in the ego’s plan for their life. God’s plan for us, and our highest will for ourselves, are One. Today, our goal is simply this: Trust in God’s plan. By doing so we achieve, consciously align with and represent, the state of peace. The more we trust in God’s plan, the more peace we get to experience. Equally so, the more we trust in the ego’s plan, the more frustration and worry we get to experience. Our level of peace, frustration, and worry, therefore does not a result from what is occurring in the outer world. It simply results from whose plan we are choosing to trust and follow. Today, when frustration and worry come once again knocking on your mind’s door, do not despair. Instead, learn to use such moments, not to put yourself and others down, but to practice recalling and reinforcing the truth, that your highest will and God’s will are One. Today, trust that God is Perfect, and thus that His plan for us must be perfect. Trust God and reconnect with the sense of peace that is your true essence, nature, inheritance and Home. Then, let us become examples and representatives of the state of peace to those still mired in the fairy tales of frustration and worry. Let us help them recall that the availability of peace is always just a simple choice away.

Today, if frustration and worry come once again knocking at our mind’s door, let us not despair. Let us not judge ourselves or others as being unwise or not spiritual enough. Instead, let us see such instances as a call to action from the Universe, inviting us to trust God more. Today, let us no longer feed, with our time, focus and energy, the false concepts of frustration and worry. By not fueling them, we rob them of their fuel source, which is us and our thoughts. Then let us place that time same time, focus and energy, on developing a greater trust in God and His plan for our life. Let us recall God is Love and All, and thus always has our best interest in mind. The more we place our trust in God, the more peace we will experience. The more peace we experience, the less frustrated and worried we feel.
