Daily Inspiration: April 18. Building a World Without Fear as its Foundation

Today, let us practice letting go of the ego’s fear-based foundation, a delusional structure that, in truth, has never supported us. Stress, anxiousness, anger, resentment, hate and thoughts of revenge are all extensions and expressions of this fear-centered mindset. The ego has programmed us to believe that these expressions are normal and natural responses and solutions to our experiences. Yet what have the ego’s responses and “solutions” ever truly offered or solved for us? Have the ego’s so-called “normal” and “correct” responses to self and others ever brought us the true peace of mind and joy that our souls seek? No, they have not. Yet no matter how deep down into its darken pit the ego tries to take us, let us remember this: God being Love, uses all for good. Let us today begin to gain clarity, by trying to see the good in our challenging times? Our times seem challenging mainly because of the way we have been programmed to see and respond to them. If these programs do not produce the states of peace and joy, then why not try the opposite of what these programs demand? If we receive such things as peace of mind and joy by doing the opposite of what the ego demands, is the ego not, in its own way, helping us find clarity? Is now knowing what not to do, not in and off itself helpful? Does it not help you get a clearer picture of what we should do? If the ego is, in its own unique way, helping us, should we not be grateful to it? Now, if even the ego’s fear-based programs are, in their own way, helping us  is, then can everything, even our so-called challenges, difficulties and struggles, not in one form or another, be also helping us? If everything, once its true purpose is understood, is helpful, then has God not used even the so-called “bad” for good? If everything can in truth be used for good, should our response to every moment, everyone and to God, not be one of gratitude?

Today, if you find yourself under the ego’s spell, do not despair. The ego itself is a self-destructive mechanism, and so the more we use its fear-based mindset and tools, the less appealing and helpful we will find them to be. The less appealing and helpful we find them to be, the less we will want to use them. Do not fall in to the ego’s trap of judging yourself for your journey, or others for theirs. Some may indeed need to travel deep into the ego’s darken pit in order to realize, that the pain riddle experience of such a journey is not what they want. Some may have higher pain tolerance than others, but no one’s pain tolerance is without limit. It is usually just a matter of time and pain, that gives rise to the desire of searching for a better way. Sooner or later, we start to get diminishing returns for using the ego’s fear-based tools. This self-awareness becomes the start of the process of ending our support for that mindset.  The less we support the ego’s mindset, the less time, focus and energy, we put into it, the smaller part of our life it becomes. Today, let us make an effort to spend less time on the ego’s fear based mindset, and more of our time, energy and focus on doing the opposite of what it demands that we do. Today, when the ego calls out for worry, anxiousness and stress, we reverse the ego’s demands and see them as our personal calls to focus on and develop a greater trust in God’s plan for our life. When the ego calls out for anger, resentment, hate and thoughts of revenge, we again reverse the ego’s mindset and see them as our personal calls to practice forgiveness, compassion and understanding. It will be such a practice that will help begin to demolish the ego’s fear-based foundation and begin to build a new foundation, based on the energy of Love.

Today, all people, places and things, are providing us the time, material and opportunity, needed to dismantle a false fear-based foundation. In its place let us begin to build a new foundation based on the energy of Love. Now, instead of allowing fear to be the focus of our day or the reason why we cannot sleep at night, we offer gratitude to, and practice developing appreciation for all. All people, places, and things, are in their own way now volunteering to help us shift our perceptions, heal, and build this stronger and more solid foundation. Today, let us recall, that no one is ever placed before us by chance. We are brought together on this path, to help each other grow, heal and awaken. As we awaken we will be naturally be drawn to being and sharing The Light, the Love of God. As we do so, darkness and its expressions will begin to wilt away before our greater self-awareness. Understanding the useful nature of all people and experiences, let us now offer them our gratitude instead of our judgment. Imagine, shifting your days from a state of mind the supports anger and resentment, to one that now supports gratitude. How would this shift in perception begin to improve the quality of your experiences? Imagine, no longer needing to carry nor support the ego’s heavy and dark mindset. You are now just a choice away from having such a day. A life where greater understanding, compassion, gratitude, peace, love and joy, become your companions. You, as God’s creation, are forever worthy of such a blessed life. Today, reignite the light within you, by making the conscious decision to be aligned with God’s Love. Then offer it to all others, so that it may continuously flow through you and throughout your day and life.

Today, let us recall that thanks to free will, we can decide with every thought we think, what kind of day we have. Understanding this, let us consciously practice replacing our fear based thoughts with those of Love. When you find judgmental thoughts trying to enter your mind and rule your day, now consciously stop them. Then use Love’s tool of forgiveness to replace them with the type of thoughts that will build the foundation of the day you want. Today, take personal responsibility for the type of day, that through your choices, you create. Our true light, the love that we are, no matter how dark it seems to get, is always just a choice away. Today, let us make such a choice over and over again until we realize, and are grateful for the understanding, that everything in our life in here to help us build the life we want.

EXCELLENT , I found a chapter in a book called 3Majic words, by US Anderson, years ago that he described as “A 30 Day Mental Diet” This was a version of what you are saying here. The book is out of print now, but I can paraphrase it if you would like. Monitoring our thoughts takes real commitment to creating our optimal life.

thanks so much for all you do!!!!

Thank you Sibyl for being open to the message and for being a member of our community.

Yes indeed, your thoughts paint the world you see, and it is what you see that you will experience.

You forever are, the Love that God is.

Today, only support the loving thoughts in you, and by doing so, help begin to create, a more loving world for all of us.

Peace. JBC

I just got done judging a family member for judging! sounds so stupid but thats how this ego works. I certainly did not find peace or joy in judging their judgment. I do however find peace and joy in doing the opposite of ego and not eating from that tree of the knowledge of good and evil.

My heart has been guiding me home from hell and your messages seem to come from me
Thank you for the confimation!

Thank you Ryan for your comment and for being a member of our community.

Let us practice every day doing the opposite of what the ego demands. Now, when it demands we judge self or other, let us recall all the dead end roads it has had us travel, and forgive instead.

Peace. JBC
