Daily Inspiration: June 19. How “Others” Help Us Heal

You naturally eject tainted food out of your body in order not to get ill from food poisoning. In a similar manner, you naturally eject or project illusionary thinking out of your mind in order to better see and try to understand what beliefs are seemingly separating you from your loving nature. This projection helps you better reflect, see and understand, your internal condition. By seeing your internal condition projected out into the physical form you are more easily able to look at, deal with, and heal it. This process helps you forgive and let go of the emotional distress and mental anguish that you had been carrying within. Your example of triumph over your seeming darkness then helps others see that they too can depart their own darkness and return to being One with the light in them. Dark and fear based thoughts do not belong in us who are Love’s creations. Our soul, knowing this, calls out to the Universe for help and healing. All calls for help and healing to the Universe, being that the Universe is Love, will be heard and answered. The Universe, God, then invites those individuals who most resonate with, and are best able to, answer our calls for help and healing. They then, being One with and extensions of God, volunteer and come to us so that we may project unto them our internal conflict and confusion. They mirror for us our internal mental state. This way we can more easily see and review which thoughts and beliefs are not supporting us nor the life we want. We are then able to work through them, forgive them, heal, release them, find peace, and become a beacon of peace for others. Once in the state of peace, being that we are all One, we will naturally desire all our brothers and sisters to join us there. We in essence provide to them, by recalling who in truth we are, that light of hope and healing at the end of their tunnel.

We have been programmed by the ego to believe that we are separate from our brothers and sisters. This, the ego has done in order for us to believe that we can mentally, emotionally and physically judge and hurt another without these thoughts, words and actions having a negative effect on us. The ego’s fuel source is judgment, thus it understand that when you support this type of thinking, it will continue to support the ego’s mindset and existence in your life. The more your life revolves around judgment, the stronger the ego’s connection to you is. The stronger its connection, the more you will think of it as real. Yet even when in such a state of mind, do not despair, for the ego itself is self-destructive in nature, being that it is in ‘opposition’ to Creation. Thus sooner or later, after supporting the ego’s self-destructive patterns and mindset long enough, we will start to see that this is not who we are, nor who we desire to be. We feel this way, because in truth we are all like our Creator, Love. We are love in physical form. We are all here to in our own way create through the energy of love a place of peace where we can live in harmony with each other. This is why reacting to others through the ego’s judgment center mindset is poisonous for us. Our resistance to this self-poising may be high, but it is not without limit. We are all Love, not the poison, suffering and pain, that the ego’s mindset delivers. It is when we realize this that we will begin to look for a better, more loving and productive way. It will be this willingness to look for a better way that will shift our path and focus to one of a search for forgiveness, peace, joy, healing, unity, love and understanding.

Today, when the ego once again demands that you judge another, recall that those who are before you have volunteered to help you heal. They have in essence, placed themselves in your firing line, so that you may project onto them your internal condition. Today, let us see and acknowledge their service to us. What they are truly doing is helping us reach a deeper sense of self-awareness and a higher level of consciousness. Today, let us show them the gratitude they deserve. Let us acknowledge the real and vital part they play in our growth, healing and awakening process. We have used the ego’s judgment centered mindset long enough to know that it is not serving us. It is when we become consciously aware of what is not serving us, that we will begin to drop our support of it. Many times we have judged and condemn our brothers and sisters through our thoughts, words, actions and reactions. Yet now, we are beginning to see and feel that this type of behavior also has a negative effect on us. We in essence, through our negative and judgmental thoughts of them, are poisoning and punishing ourselves. Today, let us awaken to the understanding that because we are all One, that what we do to ‘others’ we are doing to ourselves. If we withhold our forgiveness and compassion from others, we fail to heal and free ourselves. Knowing this, today let us offer all others only what we would desire to experience. Let us acknowledge, that it is thanks to their participation in our lives, that we are being offered these opportunities to heal and awaken. The more we heal and awaken, the more we will find ourselves in alignment with the loving expressions that are symbols of our eternal essence and nature.

Today, let us recall that we can only define others in this world through our minds. If we desire to heal this world, then that healing must begin within our own minds. Anytime we support a thought, belief or idea that is not reflective of our loving nature, our souls will call out to the Universe for help and healing. Those who come into our lives are there because they have heard our calls for help and healing. They have, in essence, volunteered to help us heal. When we understand this, our reaction towards them goes from one of judgment to one of gratitude. They are in essence allowing us to project onto them the thinking that seems to be separating us from our loving nature. Today, let us be sure to thank them for their service to us. Today, let our gratitude serve as an example to us, that thanks to our brothers and sisters, we are indeed beginning to heal.
