Daily Inspiration: May 2. Self-Awareness Turns Judgment into Peace and Gratitude

Each one of our journeys is a unique and sacred individualized co-creation with God. If you judge other people’s journeys, because we are all One, you are in essence teaching yourself that you too will be under constant judgment. If you feel yourself as being under constant judgment, then you will feel unsafe and attacked by others, and thus live in an unconscious constant state of defensiveness. Peace of mind cannot be found living in a unconscious constant state of defensiveness. In reality we do not need to defend ourselves against other people’s judgments, not because we are not worth defending, but because there is truly nothing real to defend against. How could someone who has co-designed their journey with the Creator of the Universe ever need to live in fear of judgment? The Creator of the Universe is Love and All, thus judgment itself is illusionary in nature, not real nor true. When you recall this, you will no longer need to fear what is nothing. The more you understand and recognize this as true, the less other people’s judgments of you will affect you. Today, when you feel that another person’s judgment is affecting you, stop and recall that because God is All, that judgment is nothing. Then remember that nothing can not in any way affect you. Then continue, with Truth as your companion, peacefully and securely on your way. Today, no matter how many times the ego tries to have you judge yourself or others, remind yourself that Perfection created the journey you are now on with you, and thus it is perfect for you. The more you support this fact about your journey as true, the more peace you will experience along the way. The more peaceful your experience is, the more grateful to God you will be. Gratitude and peace, as expressions of Love,  align you with the Mind of God. The more you are aligned with God, the less need you will have to judge yourself or others.

Uncertainty, anxiety and stress are all created by our belief in the false concept of judgment. It is our own misperceptions that we are standing on that are fueling an unbalanced and illusionary sense of self. You will never feel stable, safe and secure as long as you believe delusions about yourself. The truth in you is Love. Love is a rock solid foundation. Love is our eternal essence and nature. Love is our Creator who is All that is real and true. We are the sons and daughters of Truth. Truth is true and can not be diminished, damaged nor torn down by others people’s delusional judgments. The state of balance and peace are a natural result of one who acknowledges and supports the Truth as true. Yet, if you currently lack peace do not despair, for God will use even our misperceptions to help awaken us to who in truth we are. Even your judgments of self and others will sooner or later help you figure out that this kind of thinking is not working for you, is not bringing you the peace of mind and joy you want. It is then that you will look to try another way. It is then that you will start to notice, that the less we judge self and others, the more peace we experience. It will be when we achieve this self-awareness, that we will begin to let go of the ego’s programmed need for judgment. It is then that we will see how useful everyone has been in helping us let go of our judgments and by doing so return to a place of peace. It will be then that our judgment of them will turn into gratitude. It is they, through their participation in our life, who have helped us see what thoughts we want, and no longer want, to support as real or true. For getting the opportunity to view our beliefs in the physical form, let us offer them our gratitude. Now we know that it is not them, but our perception of them, that align or separates us from the state of peace.

Today, it is gratitude, not judgment, that we will practice offering others. By making the conscious decision to value gratitude more than judgment, we are unconsciously saying to ourselves that we are worthy of peace. God is Love, and peace is one of the main expressions of Love. As God’s creation, peace is our inheritance. When we recognize this as true, gratitude becomes our response to every moment and to all. When you align with the understanding that you are always worthy of peace, you are aligning with the Mind of God. It is in this state of mind, aligned with The Divine, with All That Is, that you will truly feel stable, secure, safe, confident and at peace. Yet still, you have free will, thus not even God would force peace upon you. This is why it is you who must decide to choose gratitude over judgment, and thus the peace over conflict and pain. Today, let us be very aware that it is our physical interactions with our brothers and sisters that are offering us the opportunities to practice valuing gratitude and peace more than judgment and pain. For this alone, let us today from deep within our hearts and minds, look at each one of them with a little more love and appreciation. As we do, because we are all One, it will be this love and appreciation that will today veer through our veins, heal our hearts, and soothe our souls. Today, it is thanks to them that we are able to physical see the beliefs that we are holding within. This in turn gives us the opportunities to consciously correct our misperceptions, and align with the Mind of God. Now, One with God, we will rest at peace and become a beacon of peace for others. This in turn will make us grateful to God for helping us awaken to the truth within.

Today, let us become self aware enough to see that it is not what is happening in this world that affects us, it is our interpretations of what is happening in this world, that affects us. Other people’s judgments of you, or even your own self-judgments, can feel like a rock being thrown at you, or like a passing breeze. They can feel so different, because judgment is in truth illusionary in nature. Judgments do not affect you, it is your interpretation of what those judgments mean to you, that affects you. In essence, it is always you, who are responsible for your peace or lack of it. Your journey is a sacred co-creation with God, and because we are all One, so too is everyone else’s journey sacred. When you realize that when you are judging yourself or them, that you are also judging God as wrong, a lack of peace results. To correct this misperceptions, we have been offer the tool of forgiveness. When you forgive another, and thus your misperception of another, you are in essence saying to God that you now trust in the journey that He has co-created with them. Dropping the weight of judgment will bring you a sense of inner peace to your mind. This experience of peace will bring joy to your heart. Experiencing joy, will make you grateful to God for being your companion. It will be your gratitude to God that will then make you a beacon of joy to others.
