Subjects Discussed: 1 – Use doubt and fear to trigger you the recall that you can go to God and practice trusting Him more. 2 – The Holy Instant is our true home here on Earth. Not the past, not the future. 3 – Today we practice trusting that god has you exactly where He needs you. 4 – Time is of the ego, eternity is of God. We being the energy of Love are eternal. Time is from duality, eternity is from Oneness. Today we practice going from time to eternity. 5 – When we practice aligning with the mind of God/Love, we see the world through Love eyes and thus see heaven on earth. 6 – You can unlearn everything the ego fear-base judgment-centric thought system has tried to teach you. 7 – Stop supporting with your time/focus and energy ego thoughts that do not support you. 8 – Our only goal is to be the expression of love that the moment or those in it seem to be requesting. 9 – Learn to allow the Holy Spirit/Love to lead the way. Ask Him to lead the way. Ask and you shall receive. 10 – Every situation/interaction offers you the opportunity to practice returning to the Holy Instant. Ask: “How can I be a reflection of the energy of love in this very moment?” 11 – The more you use the ego’s tools, the less use you will see in them. 12 – Every person that comes into your presence today, is offering you the opportunity to become who God created you to be. For this let us be grateful to all those we meet along the way. 13 – God’s will and your highest will are One. Your true will is what God Willa for you. 14 – You and God have co-designed the journey you are now on. Trust this and be at peace. Same with all those that pass your way. 15 – Joy and peace are signs that your mind is aligned with the mind of God. 16 – The ego will tell you that there are 1,000 problems and 1,000 solutions to those programs. In truth there is one problem and one solution. The one problem is a lack of faith in God’s plan. The one solution is to trust God’s plan for the universe. 17 – When you lack faith, forgive yourself, and then use those moments to learn to trust God more. 18 – You are forever worthy of God’s grace. 19 – Despair is a sign that the ego past programs are in control of your thoughts, and mind. 20 – Don’t judge yourself when in despair, simply catch yourself doing so and now decide to trust God. 21 – Stop supporting thoughts that do not support your peace of mind and joy. 22 – “You are never upset for the reason you think.” 23 – The more you trust God the less you will worry. Trust God completely and you will have full peace. 24 – To achieve your ministry/purpose choose to see all others as God sees us. 25 – God will never send His children to those He did not trust. Every person God sends your way is a reflection of His trust in you. God has faith/trust in you. 26 – Heaven on Earth, no matter the ego’s drama, is always just a thought away. 27 – If God trust you why should you doubt yourself? 28 – Your body is the temple of the Holy Spirit. 29 – Love’s energies/emotions sanity/heal the body. 30 – You heal or poison yourself with every thought you think. 31 – When your thoughts are loving in nature the truth in you is in control of your thoughts. 32 – When your thoughts are unloving in nature it is the ego who is thinking for you and thus living your life for you. 33 – Learn to forgive yourself for your misperceptions. 34 – Learn to practice seeing this world only through Love’s lens, as God created it for you to experience, share and enjoy. 35 – The body is a communication device for the soul. That’s the proper use of the body. 36 – Time is for healing. Once we heal we will exchange time for eternity. 37 – Anytime you have doubt, practice going to the Holy Spirit 38 – A meditation on the Holy Spirit. 39 – Exercise: Whenever the ego demands you judge another, see the face of Christ on all men and the face of Mary on all women. 40 – All truth already resides within you. There is nothing you need learn other than to recall that we are the light of the world and that we are all One.

1. This is a day of silence and of trust…
2. This is another crucial turning point in the curriculum…
3. Today it will be given you to feel a touch of Heaven…
4. He will direct your practicing today…
5. From this day forth…
6. Your body will be sanctified today….
7. As this experience increases and all goals but this become of little worth…
8. Today we will embark upon a course you have not dreamed of…
9. Into Christ’s Presence will we enter now, serenely unaware of everything except His shining face and perfect Love…
