Your Truth comes from your Source. 2 – Salvation is helping people move from level two to level one, from fear to love, from condemnation to compassion. 3 – You are Love in physical form. 4 – You become “the light of the world” by representing love in each moment/interaction/situation. 5 – Being a savior – is being an example of the light in each one of us in each interaction. Help guide your brothers from the darkness to the light. 6 – You are all of Love’s expressions. God the Holy Spirit, thus God lives in you. 14 – The ego continuously tries to block the awareness of the truth in you. 15 – You can only use the ego’s tools when you are dreaming and asleep. 16 – Learn not to punish your brothers and sisters for dreaming. 17 – Everybody “out there” reflects your internal condition and conditioning. 18 – What is inside of you can only be what was first within God. 19 – No matter the drama of the world, God/peace/joy is always just one simple choice away. 20 – You belong aligned with the mind of God/love and sharing this love. 21 – You don’t have to learn to be like God, you just have to remember how to be like God. All knowledge already resides within you. 22 – Distracting thoughts are ego thoughts. Beyond these thoughts your light resides. 23 – “Response to temptation” the loving response you have ready for the ego’s demands. 24 – The opposite of what the ego demands is your response to temptation. 25 – You are here only to be truly helpful. 26 – When in doubt about what to think/say/do, go to the Holy Spirit and ask Him what to think/say/do. 27 – Practice spending/sacrifycing no more of your time/focus and energy to the ego’s deceptions. 28 – Learn to be confident/uncomprimizing in your response to temptation. The more confident you are the less the ego will be able to affect you. 29 – Every time you get to practice choosing a conscious alignment with God, that is a good thing, not a bad thing. Appreciate the opportunities you are being offered to practice the lesson. 30 – The ego is always trying to separate you from your Source so that it can have you to itself. 31 – Learn to recognize when the ego is controlling your thoughts – and thus mind and life – then use such a situation to decide once again-with love. 32 – Thank those who trigger you – for all they are doing is helping us practice choosing God’s tools over the ego’s deceptions. The more you do so the more natural and normal the choice for God will become. 33 – You are forever worthy of God’s companionship/guidance – be humble and accept. 34 – Every time the ego strikes – don’t condemn yourself or others – instead be glad that God is offering you another opportunity to choose God/ practice hearing God’s voice. 35 – Learn to go into things without expectations. Your process will always be perfect for you. 36 – The ego’s thoughts are always judgmental of self and/or others. 37 – Learn to place all moments in God’s you achieve peace. When you don’t conflict and chaos results. 38 – The more powerful you become the less powerful the ego becomes. 39 – It’s not your strength, it God’s strength flowing through you. That’s why you have all the power within you. You humility has made you truly powerful. 40 – He who sent you will direct you.

1. Today’s idea is a complete and accurate statement of what you are… 2. In the longer practice period, we will think about your reality and its wholly unchanged and unchangeable nature… ³Holiness created me holy. ⁴Kindness created me kind. ⁵Helpfulness created me helpful. ⁶Perfection created me perfect… 3. After you have gone over several such related thoughts, try to let all thoughts drop away for a brief preparatory interval… 4. You may find it necessary to repeat the idea for today from time to time to replace distracting thoughts… 5. It will be particularly helpful today to practice the idea for the day as often as you can… 6. Try to realize in the shorter practice periods that this is not your tiny…
