Chapter 1: The Dream

List in your journal or on a piece of paper all the things that you love to do, all the things that bring you joy and peace. On another piece of paper, write down things that you are doing that do not bring you joy and peace in order to bring to the surface these behaviors and patterns.
Keep those papers with you so that you can add and subtract to them as you see fit. Slowly, on a day-to-day basis, work toward obtaining and participating in the things that bring you joy and peace, and work toward letting go of the things that do not bring you joy and peace.
