Chapter 5: Work On Yourself First

I have mentioned before that the world you see outside yourself is simply a reflection of the world that you have shaped and supported within. As the ego has trained your mind to react in a judgmental and stressful manner, so too can you retrain your mind to act and react with peace and joy. There are four steps to retraining your mind in order to obtain and experience peace and joy in every situation. They are:

Thought – Align yourself with God and clarify the goal.

Action – Act with unconditional love.

Faith – Trust that the moment is perfect.

Gratitude – Give thanks, enjoy and rejoice.
