You, my friend, are the gatekeeper of your mind. The gatekeeper of your mind is the gatekeeper of the world that you end up defining, seeing and experiencing. You have the final say as to who enters, and who is stopped at your mind’s gate. Just as there exists an outer world, there also exists an inner world. In this inner world, your thoughts are its inhabitants. The level of peace or stress in your inner world is directly correlated to the inhabitants that you allow to enter and live within. The more you focus on, invite, and allow in positive, peaceful, loving inhabitants into your mind, the more positive, peaceful and love-filled your days, and the world that you experience, will be. The thoughts that invigorate or pollute your mind will be the exact same ones that invigorate or pollute your life.
Today, let us take greater personal responsibility for the world that we are seeing and experiencing. The world we see “out there” must begin with the thoughts we think, focus on and support. It is through our thoughts that we define this world. If this world is a representation of the combination of the thoughts we think and support, then it is we who have control over how we experience the world we see. Let us ask ourselves: Do we truly desire to see and experience a less judgmental, angry, resentful and hateful world? If the answer is yes, then we must consciously and consistently decline such thoughts’ entry through our mind’s gate. Today, let us only allow through our mind’s gate the thoughts that will support the world we want.
All glory to God.
