On this holy Christmas Day, let us mirror the light and love that are the reflections of our Creator. Today, let us not take the thinking or meeting of any of our sisters and brothers as a coincidence to dismiss. Let us trust that Someone much wiser than us has placed them in our mind or on our path. Today, let us be aware that God is, in the most literal sense, entrusting us with the care of His children. We have been placed on their path to help them recall and experience their loving nature, and by doing so, help us reinforce and strengthen our own. There are numerous aspects of our loving nature, such as being peaceful, joyful, compassionate, forgiving and understanding. Today, like the unwrapping of a long-sought-after Christmas present, we will reveal to our sisters and brothers the gift that they are by the way that we treat them.
Today, let us remember that God’s gift to us is each other. In each moment, God is presenting to us the beings who can help us reach a higher level of consciousness and be a greater reflection of the Divine. Imagine seeing everyone as the gift they are. How would your day and life begin to shift? Imagine how much more peace and joy you would experience if you understood that everyone in your life was here as a gift from God to you. Today, know that it is not by chance that you are standing before your brothers and sisters. They are here to help you practice choosing forgiveness over judgment, compassion over condemnation, and thus peace and joy over anger and pain. Aren’t those who help you become more compassionate and achieve greater peace and joy a gift to you? Today, see the opportunity and gift that each person you think of and meet is offering you. When you do, you will become a true reflection of the spirit of this divine Christmas day.
All glory to God.
Peace, Health, Happiness, Love, Laughter, and Light.
