Let us dedicate this day to turning the ego’s upside down thinking right side up. How would this shift in mindset affect your day? What if when you experience anger, you see it as a gift and opportunity you are offering to yourself and anyone involved that is helping you learn how to deal with similar situations in a more forgiving and loving manner? Imagine seeing anxiousness and stress as gifts that are being presented to you to help you learn how to trust God more. Imagine seeing all the signs of darkness, such as judgment, criticism, anger and stress, as gifts that are here to help you rediscover the peaceful, loving light within. Would the fog of the ego’s judgment-centric, fear-based world not begin to lift? Would heaven not begin to rise in its place? Today, recall that heaven is not a far off location or destination. Heaven is always within us all right now, forever just a simple and gentle choice away.
Today, our goal is to become a wayshower, a guide from darkness to light. By doing so, we can help reverse the thinking of the ego’s world. We are here to reflect God’s love and light onto those who are still buying into the ego’s dark, fear-based mindset as real and true. Where there is a sense of hopelessness, we are here to offer hope. Where there is judgment and anger, we are here to show others a way to forgiveness and understanding. Where people are anxious and worried, we have been placed upon their path to help them practice trusting God more. To those who are in mental anguish, we are here to help them recall that inner peace is still available and possible. Today, we will simply be the representative of Love that we were created to be. Do not feel stressed out by today’s task, for in truth there is nothing easier than being who we were created by God to be.
All glory to God.
Peace, Health, Happiness, Love, Laughter, and Light.

How do we help those with mental anguish? I have someone I care about that has deep trauma, I respond with care, compassion, kindness and forgiveness but the are still deeply lost in it and their behaviors are creating suffering for themselves and everyone around them. They are stuck In harmful situations from there past in their mind and too afraid to get help and nothing I say seems to get through. I feel at a loss of what to do.
Thank you Rose for your question.
Honestly you can’t do much more other than be an example of what is possible for them. You can in every moment choose to align with care, compassion, kindness and forgiveness, and let them see that there is another, a better way.
People need to process their paths through this world at their own sacred pace and in their own ways. They will get it when they get it, and your job is just to remain a light by trusting that this is true.
Sooner or later they will get tired of the life they are living and will then begin to look for another way. It is when they look for this better way that they will look your way and desire to have the peace of mind and joy you hold within. It is then that they will finally be open to listening and paying attention. It is only then that they can begin to recognize that the same light that exist within you, exist within them.
The best things you can do for them is pray for them and set an example of what is possible. The best thing you can do for yourself is practice trusting God more and thus shifting your pain and sorrow for peace and trust. The more you do this each and every day, the brighter light you will become, and the easier it will be for them to find their way Home when they are ready to do so.
Peace. JBC
