Daily Inspiration: December 6. Gratitude As A Symbol of The Christmas Season – Condensed Version
Today, let us put the ego’s materialization of Christmas aside, and instead see it as a symbol and opportunity to increase our alliance with the states of gratitude and peace. Instead of allowing the ego to once again make Christmas a time of consumption and chaos, let us make a conscious and concerted effort to redefine it as a time to offer, all those who we think of and interact with, gratitude and peace. Before and during each interaction that we have this holiday season, try reminding yourself that you are here to offer all others, peace and gratitude. Peace and gratitude will be the gifts that this Christmas season we will practice offering to all. When any chaos inducing thought of the Christmas season comes to mind, let that now trigger in you, the need to make gratitude and peace your companions.
Today, let our goal be to become a physical representative of the energetic expressions of gratitude and peace. Anytime you find your ego being in control of your thought process, creating anxiousness, worry, chaos and fear, use such instances, not to put yourself or others down, but as a triggering device, as a call from the Universe, asking you to take back control of your mind, by aligning with today’s goal. Now, with this greater self-awareness, even the ego’s tactics, can be use to help lift our levels of consciousness, and become beacons of peace and gratitude to all those who in this Christmas season, may be feeling a little lost and anxious. Let us show others how peace and gratitude can be chosen, even when we appear to be lost in the seeming manufactured chaos of this time of year.
All glory to God.
Peace, Health, Happiness, Love, Laughter, and Light.
