Today, let us no longer judge ourselves for feeling how we feel. Instead, let us just flow with our feelings, acknowledging there are “highs” and “lows” on everyone’s journey. Today, instead of judging ourselves as weak for our lows, let us offer the “lows” our gratitude. Gratitude because they help us practice the patience and compassion we need to allow ourselves to feel what we think we need to feel in order to heal. Why does the ego’s world tell us to judge ourselves as guilty or not good or strong enough when we have these so-called lows? Why do we listen to the ego when its advice only hurts us? Let us begin to recognize that the path we are on, and every step along it, has been co-designed with the Divine to help us grow, heal and awaken. Let us begin to recognize that the path we are on and every step along it, we have co-designed with the Divine to help us grow, heal and awaken.

Today, if you are dealing with self-judgment: First, decide you will no longer judge yourself for being human. Second, realize that because your journey is a sacred co-creation with God, it will all be used for good — to help you grow, heal and awaken. Third, understand that if all your experiences are used for good, then they were never really bad or in need of self-judgment in the first place. Fourth, recall that your experiences become the tools you use to heal, and then through your healing, to help others heal. Fifth, feel free to feel your feelings, but do so with compassion, love and understanding — not with judgment, punishment and pain. Sixth, remember that in every moment you are at your highest peak of self-awareness, and thus making the best decisions possible with the tools you have available to you.

All glory to God.

Peace, Health, Happiness, Love, Laughter, and Light.

Be try to stop my unexpected flow of new feelings. So now, l have decided to except, what has developed. And when l carry on with my life’s journey. I will endeavour, to live from my experiences.

Thank you Jane for your comment. Every step along your journey is sacred, and will be used by God for good, for your growth, healing and awakening. Peace. JBC

“Today, instead of judging ourselves we trust ourselves, and trust that there is Someone much wiser than us who is guiding our growth, healing, and awakening, not only for our good, but also for the betterment of all mankind.”

I used to believe this too, until I was abandoned and Jesus told me a pack of lies.

Thank you Alex for your comment. Trust in God’s plan for your life instead of yours and you will find peace. Peace. JBC

I would be happy to trust in God’s plan for my life if that plan didn’t involve him abandoning me. I grow weary of this idea of God’s ultimate wisdom to know everything that is best for me, including how he thinks abandoning me can be helpful in any way. I question God’s wisdom and Jesus too. From what I have seen they have no plan, they have no idea what is or what is not going to happen and they have a lot less control over what happens than people believe. There is a belief that there is nothing God cannot do. I question this belief. Maybe this only applies to those that God favors and has not abandoned.
