Fear is a sign that we believe that the absence of love is possible. Yet God is love and all. Thus fear can only be an illusionary belief, because the opposite of all is nothing. Believing in fear, which is nothing, is an unconscious act of self-deception. Being fearful does not make us weak or less spiritual than others. It is simply a sign that we have bought into the ego’s programs and lies as real and true. Let us not judge ourselves for being in fear, or for buying into its symbols of anger, stress, anxiousness, frustration, hate, resentment and revenge. Instead, let us allow fear to become a sign that shows us when we are being who we are not. This way, fear is seen and used as an ally in our awakening process, and not as an adversary. By doing so, we see how God does use all, even fear, for good.
Today, if the ego’s fear-based thoughts come knocking on our mind’s door, let us use them to trigger in us the recollection that God is love and all. Thus, the ego’s thoughts cannot be real or true. If the ego and its mindset are not real or true, then all of its tools such as judgment, anger, resentment and hate cannot be real or true. The less time, focus and energy we dedicate to them, the more we realize their illusionary nature. Now, instead of judging ourselves for entertaining such delusional thoughts, let us thank them for their service to us, for helping us see who we are not. Understanding this will help us become a brighter light so that those still stuck in the ego’s fear-based mindset may begin to see and find a way out of a world that they no longer want.
All glory to God.

Such a great reminder!! Unfortunately, it’s so easy to be entranced by the ego and begin to believe it for truth. Thanks again for the reminder to step back and review what’s happening. Cheers GM
Thank you Geoff for being open to the message.
Whenever the ego and its judgment and fear centered false concepts come once again knocking at you mind’s door, do not despair. Simply, learn to recognize that anything other than the love in you is not true. Then stop placing your time, focus and energy, into what is not true about you, and because we are all One, what is not true about all others. Finally, invest that same time, focus and energy, on the thoughts that support only the loving truth in you as true.
The more you support the love in you as true, the more normal and natural it will become for you to treat all others this same manner. Today, let us not condemn but instead thank the ego and its false concepts for helping us practice recognizing who we are not and thus who we truly are.
Now, thanks to this practice, the quicker we will recognize the ego’s lies, the less time we will spend in that foreign mindset, and thus the more time we will spend in the state of peace, our eternal essence and nature, our true Home.
