The ego is always having you look for an outside target, to judge, blame and criticize. Thus, when “you” are doing so, understand that it is not the truth in you, but the ego, who is currently in control of your mind and thinking. By blaming everything outside of ourselves, the ego is unconsciously programming us to believe, that everything outside of ourselves has power over us. Thinking that everything outside of us has power over us, only increases our levels of defense, anxiety and stress, and reduces our sense of safety, peace and control. Imagine, yourself against seven plus billion people, not a very secure environment. Now, imagine you at One with those seven plus billion people, knowing that you all come from the same Source, and that Source is Love. What would you have to fear?
Today, let us remember, that how we see, define and experience, the outer world, begins always as a thought within our own mind. If we are not at peace, let us no longer blame anything or anyone outside of us, instead let us take personal responsibility for our own thoughts and thinking. A lack of peace, now becomes a symbol to us, that it is the ego, and its past programs, that are in control of our thinking. The ego itself is not real, it is nothing. When we place our faith in nothing, then fear, confusion and chaos result. Let the state of peace, today become a symbol to us, that we are back in control of our minds. The state of peace comes from the understanding that our journeys are a sacred co-creation with God, and thus perfect. Trusting in God, at peace we rest assured, knowing that all will be all right.
All glory to God.
