Daily Inspiration: January 22. Using Stress, Anger and Resentment Not for Judgment But As Guides – Condensed Version
We have been programmed by the ego to judge ourselves as “less than” or “not spiritual enough” for experiencing states of mind like stress, anger and resentment. But today, as representative of the Love that created us, we will look to reverse the thinking of the ego’s world. We do so, by offering these states of mind our gratitude. Gratitude, because we now know, that they are simply showing us when we have lost our way, and are out of alignment with the mind of God. The sooner we can catch ourselves being out of alignment with the Mind of God, the sooner we can choose again, and return to the state of peace, at One with our Creator. Learning to appreciate and offer gratitude for all that we had once been programmed to judge and curse, will bring us back into a conscious alignment with the Mind of God.
Today, when stress, anger and resentment, try to rule over us, let us remember, that it is we who have control over our thoughts, it is not our thoughts who should be controlling us. Let us thank our life experience for having already shown us that stress, anger and resentment, will not take us to the state of peace, to our true Home. There is no longer a need to follow the ego’s programs, and answer stress with more stress, anger with more anger, and resentment with more resentment. Today, let us recall that having co-created our journeys with an All-Loving Source, that every step along our path, both the so-called good and bad, will be used to help us grow, heal, and awaken. Understanding the perfect nature of our journey, we allow trust, peace and forgiveness, to take the place of stress, anger and resentment.
