Daily Inspiration: July 28. The Power of Checking in on Yourself Throughout the Day – Condensed Version
Every moment allows you the opportunity to begin anew. Throughout the day, let us practice consciously returning to the now, the present moment, by asking ourselves: “What kind of day do I want to create and experience?” Let us practice checking in on ourselves, and deciding if the thoughts, words, feelings, emotions, actions, reactions, and interactions, that we are expressing and thus creating, are the ones that will assist us in aligning us with the day we want. Then let us accept responsibility for all of our expressions, and begin reinforcing with our time, focus and energy, those that align with the day that we want. Let us also begin to consciously remove our support, our time, focus and energy, from the expressions that are not helping us create the day we want.
Today, let us, as often as we can, just take a moment for ourselves to see how we are doing. Let us recall during those moments, that it is we who are responsible for the thoughts that we think, and so if the thoughts that we are thinking are not bringing us the day that we want, then this is the prefect time to begin shifting our internal dialogue. Let us in those moments, make the conscious choice, to place all our worries in God’s hands, trust in the plan and that we have co-created with Him, and so knowing that He is Love, that all will be alright. In doing so, we shift our thoughts from a chaotic place to a place of peace. Let us then continue this peaceful transition by making peace our goal before any interaction. In doing so, our day becomes a means to achieve our goal, and by doing so, we align our day with the state of peace.
All glory to God.
Peace, Health, Happiness, Love, Laughter, and Light.
