Throughout the day, let us practice consciously returning to the now, the present moment, by asking ourselves: “What kind of day am I, through the thoughts that I am thinking, creating?” Let us practice checking in on ourselves, and deciding if the thoughts, words, feelings, emotions, actions, reactions and interactions, that we are focusing on and supporting, are the ones that are assisting us in creating the day we want. Let us, consciously accept personal responsibility, for our creation. It is we who decide where we will place our time, focus and energy, thus it is we who are responsible for our experience. Let us also take personal responsibility for removing our support, our time, focus and energy, from the thoughts that are not helping us, create the day we want.
Today, let us, as often as we can remember to do so, just take a moment for ourselves to see how we are doing. During those moments, let us recall, that if the thoughts that we are thinking, are not bringing us the day we want, then this is the prefect time to begin shifting and redirecting our internal dialogue. If we are having stress and worry thoughts, let us make the conscious choice to instead trust God more. If we are having judgmental thoughts, let us replace them with forgiving thoughts. If we are feeling angry, let us give up our anger to God, and in return breathe deeply in, accept and absorb, His peace, Love and Light. Then let us breathe out, our confusion and pain. By doing so, by checking in on ourselves, we get to reshape our thoughts, so that they can better help us, to create the day we want.
