Daily Inspiration: June 19. How “Others” Help Us Heal – Condensed Version

You naturally eject tainted food out of your body to help keep your body as healthy as possible. In a similar manner, you naturally eject or project illusionary thinking out of your mind in order to better see and understand the beliefs that are separating you from your loving nature. This projection helps you better reflect, see and understand your internal condition. By seeing your internal condition projected out into physical forms, you are more easily able to look at, deal with and heal it. This process helps you forgive and let go of the emotional distress and mental anguish that you had been carrying within. Your example of triumph over your seeming darkness then helps others see that they too can transmute their own darkness and return to being one with the light in them.

Today, let us remember that we define others in this world through our mind. If we would like to heal this world, then that healing must begin within our own mind. Anytime we support a thought, belief or idea that is not reflective of our loving nature, our soul will call out to the Universe for help and healing. Those who have come into our life are there because they have heard our calls for help and healing. They have, in essence, volunteered to help us heal. When we understand this, our reaction toward them goes from judgment to gratitude. For they are allowing us to project onto them the thinking that is separating us from our loving nature. Today, let us thank them for their service to us, and let our gratitude toward them be a sign to us that we are indeed healing.

All glory to God.

Peace, Health, Happiness, Love, Laughter, and Light.

Thank you Wolf for your comment.

Indeed, those who remind us of who we are not, are as helpful to us, as those who remind us of who we in truth are.
