Daily Inspiration: June 24. Feeling Free to Feel Your Feelings – Condensed Version
Today, no matter how the world would insist that you act and react, know that it is always ok to feel, whatever it is, that you think you need to feel. Today, let us not feel encumbered by how society and those around us, tell us that we should be feeling, instead, let us recall that we have co-created our journeys with God, and thus whichever way we think that we need to express and process our emotions to grow and heal, that we have the right to do so. Let us also remember that we are all One, and thus let us offer all others this same courtesy. Today, free yourself from your own judgments, from thinking that you know the proper way of how others should be feeling or how they should be reacting to their experience. Do so, and you’ll be freeing yourself of the weight and burden of having to log around your own judgments.
Today, say for example if the feeling of resentment is living within, it is because we ourselves are allowing that. We are in essence allowing our own thoughts and feelings to poison us. But do not despair, for God is Love and All, thus this feeling of resentment, being in opposition to Love, must not in reality be real. Let us forgive our misperceptions, illusionary thinking, and thoughts or feelings that are not loving in nature, and hand them over to God. Let us feel these burden lifting off our shoulders and dissolving in God’s love and light. Then allow God’s love and light to fill those areas were resentment once lived. Allow yourself to overflow with God’s love and then offer this love to all those you once resented. Repeat this effort any time that the feeling of resentment, or any of the ego’s thinking, tries to enter your mind.
All glory to God.
Peace, Health, Happiness, Love, Laughter, and Light.
