If, in the ego’s world, you feel like a tourist in a foreign land, it is because you are. Your soul has volunteered to come and assist your brothers and sisters in recalling their true nature. In order to do so, you must first recognize it in yourself. Your true nature is the love that God is. Love has many expressions, such as being joyful, peaceful, forgiving and compassionate. When you are radiating this love, others will not only feel and be attracted to this energy, but they will also begin to recall it as their own. Through your example, by the way you interact with and treat others, they will begin to recall who they are in truth, the love that they were created by God to be. It will be by observing you overcome your challenges in the ego’s illusionary world that others will find their hope, healing and way back Home.
Today, if we feel lost and confused, it is not because we are not wise, good or spiritual enough. It is because we are buying into the ego’s delusional mindset as our own. We have been given the wrong directions, and that is why we feel lost. Today, let us no longer travel down roads that our experiences have taught us do not get us to our desired destination. Let us be grateful that we are now self-aware enough to cross these roads off our map. Let us be grateful that knowing what we do not want actually helps us get a clearer picture of what we do want. We want to be happy, at peace, loving, compassionate and hopeful. All these are signs of the light in us, of our eternal essence, nature and true Home. Today, before every interaction, let us invite the loving light in us to guide us and lead the way. Let us do so, and our return back into alignment with the truth in us will be assured.
