How many times have we complained about others not listening to us? Being all One, “others” out there are simply reflecting our internal condition, the beliefs that we hold about the world. When not feeling listened to, let us ask ourselves: “Where in my life am I not listening to myself?” Anytime we experience judgment toward self or others, negativity, hurt, anger, stress or worry, there is a part of us that feels not listened to, that is asking to be heard, helped and healed. If we do not listen to the parts of us that are struggling or in pain, then they will grow louder and louder. This is when we begin to externalize our pain. The unconscious pain that is within us will overflow, and this overflowing or projection will begin to affect those around us.
Today, remember that we are all One, so what you see or hear “out there” is simply a physical reflection and representation of your internal condition. If you are seeing and experiencing a confused and chaotic world, it is because the thoughts that you are supporting within are defining it in that manner. If the outer world is a reflection of what is within, then it is within where the healing must begin. Where have you chosen not to forgive yourself or another? Why are you choosing to believe in your worries and anxiety over trusting in God’s perfect plan? These are some of the areas within yourself that you may have not yet listened to and healed. When you learn to go within, and listen to and help heal the unhealed mind, the world you see and hear outside yourself will also begin to soften.
May your day be filled with Peace, Health, Happiness, Love, Laughter, and Light.

Daily Inspiration: March 29, Condensed Version: Learning to Listen to Ourselves
James, I simply would like to say “Thank You” for the work that you do. You are a constant help for your fellow brothers and sisters. It is ever obvious that your hearts desire is to make a difference and make this world a better place. That is especially true in this present time of confusion and fear. You are truly a gift to the world. Your wisdom and knowledge of the human condition is amazing. God Bless you always.
Thank you Jewell for your kind words.
Their a sacred journey that we have each co-designed with the Creator of the Universe, with Perfect Love Himself. Thus, each one of our journeys is perfect for us and for those around us. When we recall this, peace results, and we become a beacon of peace for others. When we forget this, confusion and fear result, and we end up leading others deeper into the darkness.
Any word, from these writings, that has ever assisted you, does not come from me. Anything in these writing that has ever brought you peace, joy or understanding, comes from our Source Who is Love. None of the credit belongs to me.
Know this, that only the Love in you is true, and be glad that you have chosen to awaken, for in these times their is a great need for beacons of light, love, peace and understanding. The darkness is making a stand, but that stand will not last long. A time of great light is approaching, and it is those who have awaken or are in the process of awakening to the truth in them, that will help lead the rest of the world out of the darkness and back into alignment with the truth, the light in them.
Let us today, together, simply be the love, the gifts to this world that we were All created to be. When this world demands judgment, let us choose forgiveness instead. When it calls out to war against a brother or sister, let us be compassionate instead. When it insists upon anger, resentment and hate, let us stop, recall who in truth we are, remember that our function is to be the light of the world, and offer back to them only love, peace and understanding.
All glory to God.
Peace. JBC
