Daily Inspiration: March 29. Learning to Listen to Ourselves – Condensed Version
How many times have we complained about others not listening to us? Let us today recall that we are all One, and thus “others out there” are simply reflecting our internal condition, the beliefs we hold about the world we see. When not feeling listened to, ask yourself, how many times have you not gifted yourself the time to listen to what you were trying to tell yourself? Anytime we are experiencing any type of judgmental behavior towards self or others, being negative, hurtful, angry, stressed out, or worried, there is something about ourselves, that we are not listening to, that is asking to be heard, helped, and healed. If you do not listen to those parts of you that are struggling or in pain, then that pain will begin to grow, louder and louder, until you finally stop and listen to, what it is you are trying to tell yourself.
Today, if our internal condition is anything other than joyous, at peace and loving, we will see and experience external confusion, conflict and chaos. This experience always tells us the same thing, that some false belief within us, remains to be listened to and healed. Where have you chosen not to forgive yourself or another? Where are you buying into the ego’s false fear based concepts as more real than the Love that God has for you? Why are you choosing your worries over trusting in God’s perfect plan? These are some of the areas within yourself, that you may have yet not listen to and healed. When you go within, listen to, help and heal the unhealed mind, you will align with your sacred loving nature, and once you do, there will be very few beings, who will not want to listen to, what you have to say.
All glory to God.
Peace, Health, Happiness, Love, Laughter, and Light.
