In so many ways, throughout the day, the ego’s world tries to get us to judge ourselves or others. Many of us end up buying into its way of thinking, and make the ego’s mindset our own. As long as we continue to buy into its mindset, our judgmental thoughts, conflict and chaos will increase, while our peace of mind and joy will decrease. Yet, let us not despair, for this way of thinking does not reflect the truth in us; and because it is unnatural, it cannot last. The ego and it’s mindset are self-destructive. The more time we spend entertaining it and its false concepts, the more we will see how unlike it is to the truth in us. Our capacity to suffer may be high, but it is not without limit. The more we see how damaging the ego is, the more we will choose to depart from its way of thinking.
Today, practice not judging yourself for being human. All of your life experiences have made you the stronger, wiser and more compassionate person that you are today. When you are experiencing a challenge, you might not realize that you are developing into this stronger, wiser and more compassionate person. That’s when judgment often enters. If you do not yet see your strength, courage and determination, know that God does. The Divine has you here to find your strength and courage, and to help others overcome what you have overcome or are in the process of overcoming. To judge yourself as weak or unworthy is to judge God as an inadequate Creator. God is Perfection and only creates perfectly. No longer doubt yourself. Instead, fully trust that the Creator of the Universe knows what He is doing. Trust that He created you in the exact form that this world needs now.
All glory to God.
