Today, do not judge your journey as the ego has programmed you to do. Instead, decide to develop a greater trust in the journey that you have co-designed with the Divine. To deprogram yourself from the ego’s programming, note how the ego’s mindset works. The ego has set up very limiting and constricting parameters about what your life should and should not look like. If it does not look a specific way, then it judges you as bad, guilty, or not good or wise enough. Any and all judgments fuel the ego and starve you of your peace of mind and joy. Judgments, in the forms of anger, fear, hate and guilt, all feed the ego and starve you. All judgments increase your unconscious feeling of guilt and weaken you. The ego wants you weak because if you feel this way, you will not believe that you could ever be one with, a part of, or worthy of God.
Today, if guilt enters your mind, decide that you will no longer support a thought that is not supporting you. You can stop supporting guilt by ending the time, focus and energy that you sacrifice to it. Love is your Creator and All. Guilt is not real, God is. Guilt is not you, Love is. Guilt, being unreal, only has the power you give to it. Take the power of your belief away and it begins to dissolve from your life. In every moment, you did the best you could with the knowledge and tools you had available to you. When you realize this, compassion and understanding become your response to your journey, not guilt or shame. Today, trust in the sacred nature of the journey that you have co-created with God. When you do, you will become a glimmer of hope to those feeling hopeless and a beacon of peace to those who are lost in emotional pain.

You have co-design your journey with the Divine, thus your journey is always perfect for you. When you trust this, when you fully trust God, peace results. When you trust that everyone else has their own sacred path and part to play in God’s design, peace results. You are God’s child and creation and thus forever worthy of the state of peace.
God being perfect Love will always use every step along your path for good, to help you grow, heal and awaken. When you recall that this truth is true gratitude will become your response to each step you take along the way. When gratitude, not judgment of self and others, becomes your response to the present moment, you will shine and become the light that God created you to be.
