Today, when the ego’s judgmental mindset seems to have a hold on you, recall the following:
1 – That God uses all for good. God is Love and you have co-created your journey with Him. That He will use all your choices and experiences to assist you in your growth, healing and awakening.
2 – Keep asking yourself throughout the day: “How am I feeling?” You belong in the state of peace. If you are not at peace, then let this be a signal to you, that you are somewhere you don’t belong.
3 – Practice catching yourself quicker and quicker each time you are not at peace. The more you practice, the less time you’ll spend out of alignment, and more time you will spend in the state of peace.
4 – Practice forgiving yourself. Forgiveness being an expression of Love, aligns you with the state of peace. Forgiveness reminds you that your journey is a sacred co-creation with God, and thus perfect.
5 – Practice forgiving others. Your brothers or sisters actions are really just helping you practice Oneness, helping you recall how every part of you, is worthy of peace. As you are forgiving them, you will be healing, nourishing and awakening yourself.
6 – Become your own cheerleader. The ego would insist that what you are doing is no big deal, but in truth, this world is simply made up of the thoughts we think. When you become a creator of forgiving and loving thoughts, you help guide those around you, to a less judgmental and more peaceful world.
