Daily Inspiration: October 18. Respecting How You Feel Is Respecting Yourself – Condensed Version

You cannot heal what you don’t allow yourself to feel. Bringing what you are feeling to the surface is where the light of truth and understanding can shine on it. This allows for forgiveness and peace to return to their rightful place — your state of mind. Your experience is sacred and unique to you. This is why you must be free to process it at your own pace and time. Having co-created your journey with Perfection, whatever time you take to process your emotions is perfect for you. Today, through forgiveness, return to a place of peace. Then use this life experience to help lead others to a place of forgiveness, healing and peace. The journey to forgiveness, healing and peace is not a rat race. If you don’t feel ready to forgive yet, then don’t. Don’t sweep what you’re feeling under the rug.

Today, remember that you have every right to feel your feelings. But also be sure to notice how alike or unlike what you are feeling is to your loving nature. Today, through forgiveness, trust and understanding, practice letting go of feelings that are not in alignment with the truth in you. When you forgive another, you free yourself from carrying around heavy emotional burdens. After you have forgiven, remind yourself to trust in the sacred plan that you have co-designed with the Divine. Trust that, because God is Love, the Divine will use all for good — all to help you heal, grow and awaken. Today, when an unforgiving thought pops up, do not judge yourself. Instead, allow yourself to feel your feelings. Then recall that, as Love’s creations, you and all of God’s children are forever worthy of the peace of mind that forgiveness offers.

All glory to God.

Peace, Health, Happiness, Love, Laughter, and Light.

Wow! This one certainly has reasonated with me today! I am on my journey & do need to forgive others as they probably do me at some point in order to move on, and it all involves feelings. But, also need to recognize that feelings (gut feelings) also help us know what is good for us and what is not.

I appreciate your thought provoking insightful messages. And yes. they do make you think about your journey with our Creator on this beautiful Earth we have been given. Thank you.

Thank you Marilyn for being open to the message and for being a member of our community.

Remember that God is Love and All, and so anytime that a person comes into your mind, and love thoughts do not surround them, know that God is simply offering you an opportunity to forgive them find peace.

You are God’s creation and thus forever worthy of peace, and we are all One, all deserving of God’s Love, forgiveness and peace.

Today, look in the mirror and say to yourself:
“Today, I will only think about and look upon all my brothers and sisters, as God would, with love, forgiveness and peace. We are all One, and so today this is what I offer them, so that I too may experience God’s inheritance.”

Peace. JBC

Thank you for this message today. Life is problematic for me at the moment and I find your daily messages so very helpful. Sometimes they challenge me but that is good. Other times they bring comfort. Thank you so much

Thank you Fiona for being open to the message.

Let us trust, that God being Love and All, will use all for good. Let us do this and become the calm within the storm.

Peace. JBC
