Being all One, to understand how to love your Whole Self fully, practice loving everyone you think of and meet. If you feel like you lack self-love, it is usually because somewhere in your mind and life you are withholding love from “others.” In essence, they symbolize the parts of yourself that you are withholding love from. If each and everyone “out there” is really a part of you, then if you are denying love to any of them, you are withholding that love from yourself. You are withholding love from them because somewhere within, you have been programmed by the ego to believe that you are not worthy of being fully loved. Feeling a sense of lack, separateness, loneliness, sadness, confusion, guilt, inner conflict and a lack of fulfillment are all signs that you are withholding love from others and thus from yourself.
Today, if the ego demands that you judge and condemn others, no longer view them as separate from yourself. Guide others toward the darkness, and it is there that you will also find yourself. Understanding this, today decline the ego’s delusional demands and consciously stop that line of thinking. In doing so, you practice taking back control of your mind. Now once again at One with love, do the opposite of what the ego demands. Show compassion, forgive and find peace. When the ego insists that others are unworthy of your help, love them by guiding them back to a place of healing and hope. When the ego urges you to get angry at people, love them by overlooking their trespasses and focusing only on their eternal essence and nature. God is Love and All. Thus the truth in all your brothers and sisters can only ever love you or forget to love you. When they forget to love you, forgive their forgetfulness and offer them the love that you yourself would like to be offered. Being all One, as we remember to love everyone as God loves us, we unite with the Divine and by doing so, finally learn what it’s like to love our Whole Self.
All glory to God.
Peace, Health, Happiness, Love, Laughter, and Light.

I understand this I really do and most of the time I can do this. But, yes there is a but, when a terrorist kills babies or other innocent souls, I have a really really hard time trying to see the love in that person. Can you give me any tips on trying to feel more love? It is so very very hard when they have no regard for human life.
Thank you Amy for being open to the message and for being a member of our community.
When you see another, other than through Love, other than through who you in truth are, take it as an opportunity to practice forgiveness, to practice releasing yourself from all thoughts that are not the truth in you. Then, offer gratitude to all those who are assisting you, through this practice, to remember that you are always worthy of the state of peace.
