Today, every time that a judgmental thought tries to enter our mind’s gate, instead of feeding and fueling it with our time, let us offer it our forgiveness and gratitude. Forgiveness, because what this judgmental thought is really doing is, offering us the opportunity, to see what false concepts about ourselves and others, we are still holding unto. By getting to practice releasing these false concepts, we can more quickly become consciously aware, of when a judgmental thought, and thus the ego’s mindset, is in control of our thinking. This helps us practice begin to more quickly take back control of our own minds. The more opportunities we have to become self-aware, and take back control of our thinking, the more quickly we will see that the ego’s judgment-centered thoughts, offer us nothing we want.
Today, our goal is fivefold. First, let us catch ourselves as quickly as we can when we find ourselves aligned with the ego’s judgment-centered mindset, and stop investing our time on it. Second, let us forgive these thoughts and all those involve with these thoughts. Third, let us offer gratitude to everyone involved in these thoughts, for helping us understand, that we do not belong aligned with ego’s mindset. Fourth, let us then practice reminding ourselves that we as God’s, Love’s creations, are worthy of the peace of mind and joy that forgiveness has to offer. Fifth, let us thank our life experience, for giving us the wisdom and knowledge, to be able to now consciously choose, God’s loving expressions of forgiveness and gratitude, over the ego’s illusionary and pain-filled state of judgment.
All glory to God.
