In every moment, you have a choice. You can either heal or hurt yourself with every thought you think. You have control over feeding or starving the thoughts you think. You feed thoughts by giving them your time, focus and energy. You starve thoughts by taking your time, focus and energy away from them. You are here to create as your Creator created — through love. When your thoughts are loving in nature, you are aligned with your Creator and feel fulfilled because in essence you are doing what you were created to do. Peaceful, forgiving, compassionate and joyful thoughts are all expressions of the love that you have come here to be and share. When you do, you are offering yourself a blessing and soothing your own soul.
Today, remember that the thoughts you think of self and others will either hurt or heal you. Each thought you think will either give away your energy to the ego’s judgment-centered, fear-based mindset or set you free from a world that you no longer want. Today, make your goal to think only loving thoughts and thus humbly reflect God on Earth. Blame no one else for the thoughts you think. You are the gatekeeper of your mind. You are the only one who can decide what thoughts to focus on and think. Today, before every interaction, remind yourself of your goal. Then use forgiveness to help you overlook this world’s fantasies and judgment-centered thinking. By doing so, you will bless and help heal yourself and this world.
