Topics Discussed in This Video:
1 – The ego will always judge your journey. 2 – Practice trusting in the journey that you have co-designed with God. 3 – All of the ego’s judgment-centric fear-based tools feed it and strive you. 4 – Guilt and shame only have the power that you, through your time, focus and energy, give to them. 5 – Guilt/shame are signs that you are not respecting the journey you have co-design with God. 6 – God did not design you to judge, but instead to become a beacon of forgiveness. 7 – We are all doing the best we can in each moment with the tools emotional/spiritual available to us. 8 – Use your past experience to learn from it, not to carry shame/guilt. Forgive yourself and others and be at peace. 9 – Each step of our journey is sacred, here to help us grow/heal and awaken. 10 – Example of feeling guilty with your mother. Feeling like it is never enough. 11 – Trust in the journey your mother has co-designed with the Divine. 12 – Do what brings you peace and you will have peace. 13 – What is in your cup is what you have to offer. Take care of yourself so that you have the energy to take care of others. 14 – The ego will always tell you that you are not enough, that you are not doing enough. 15 – You can’t do anything from a place of burnout. Take care of yourself/make your foundation strong. 16 – When you have doubt, go to the Holy Spirit and ask for help. 17 – Allowing the Holy Spirit to decide for you, give your responsibility to the Holy Spirit. 18 – When the ego wants you to feel guilt/shame, forgive yourself and others, and do the opposite of what the ego demands, have compassion and grace for yourself. 19 – Do what you are capable of doing, don’t overburden yourself. 20 – When you trust in the journey that you or others have co-created with God peace results. 21 – When worry comes to mind, stop those thoughts and use those moment to trust God more. 22 – Learn to develop self loving boundaries by making decision through the lens of love. 23 – When the thought of guilt tries to creep in, stop supporting that thought with your time, focus and energy, then remind yourself that you are doing the best you can. 24 – You are always asking for guidance , unconsciously as it may be, of the ego or God/Holy Spirit. 25 – You will never have peace as long as you allow the ego to think for you. 26 – When you take control of your thoughts, you take control of your mind and life. 27 – Humble yourself by allowing the Holy Spirit to decide for you. 28 – If you have peace you are listening to God’s guidance. 29 – If you lack peace you are listening to the ego’s guidance. 30 – Compassion/mercy/grace align you with the mind of God. 31 – Always end your days with gratitude. When you align your mind with gratitude you align your mind with God. 32 -We are judging God as wrong when we judge others journeys.
