Topics Discussed in This Video:
1 – Peace, being a reflection of Love, is our natural state of mind and true nature. 2 – To have more peace during your day, make peace your goal before every interaction. 3 – During the interaction remind yourself of your goal. Are my thoughts, words and actions leading me and my brothers to or away from peace. 4 – After the interaction, don’t punish yourself if you missed your goal, instead simply and gently review how well you did, and correct what you could have done differently. 5 – Now, use can use this previous interaction, the lessons learned, toward your next interaction. 6 – When people make unloving comments, it is not their comments that take your peace away, it is how you define their comments that take your peace away. correction resides within you, not out there. 7 – You are not here to add darkness to darkness, you are here to be a light within the darkness. 8 – All those who trigger you are actually helping you practice choosing peace over the delusion. 9 – Don’t punish yourself when you do not choose peace, just use it to practice recognizing when you are not align with the state of mind you want. 10 – Trust God’s plan for the universe and you will have peace. Trust the ego’s plan for the universe and you will have confusion, frustration and pain. 11 – Achieving peace with those who are passing. 12 – What do those who pass want for you? 13 – Grief is a choice. There is nothing wrong with how long you choose to grief. Still recall that God has co-design a perfect journey with each and every one of us. 14 – It is not what people say, but how you define what people say, that brings you peace or not. You have the power, not the outer world. 15 – When you judge another you poison yourself. Those judgments have to flow through you first. 16 – When people judge you see it as a call for love. When you do so you will have peace. 17 – If you judge others for judging you you will lack peace. 18 – Your purpose, mission and function is to be a beacon of peace in this world in each interaction and situation. 19 – When your thoughts and words are loving in nature the truth in you is in control of your mind and life. 20 – When your thoughts and words are unloving in nature the ego’s past programming is in control of your mind and life. 21 – Because peace is who you are, no matter the drama of the world, peace is always just one simple and gentle choice away from peace. 22 – Everyone, deep down inside, desire peace because peace is their function. Peace is your mission in life. Peace is what you are here to be an example of. 23 – If you lack peace it is because you chose the ego’s guidance. 24 – God has your back, trust this and be at peace. 25 – In any situation you can view it either through the ego’s lens or God’s lens. View and define it through the ego’s lens and you will lack peace. 26 – The more you trust God in any situation the more peace you will have. 27 – If you trust God’s timing, aka Divine timing, you will have peace. 28 – Always remind yourself when you are lacking peace: I can have peace instead of this. 29 – How emphaths/people who are very sensitive can achieve peace in difficult times. 30 – Learn to let go of any energy that is not love. Offer it to God. Feel it lifting off you and dissolving in His loving light.
