1 – Do not judge yourself when out of alignment with the loving mind of God. Instead use it to teach you who you are not. 2 – God being prefect Love will use all your emotions/experiences for your good, too help you grow, heal and awaken. 3 – You are not bad or not spiritual because you are feeling less than loving emotions. 4 – Use your ‘negative’ emotions as triggers. Let them trigger in you the desire to awaken, align with love, and be love. 5 – When you learn to use even the ‘bad’ for ‘good’ you start to see how God uses every experience to help you recall the light within. 6 – Your ‘negative’ emotions and experiences can be seen as tools that you can place on your “spiritual tool belt” in order to help others heal and awaken. 7 – When you let go of who you are not you find yourself with a lot more time to be who you were created by God to be. 8 – Bring your ‘darkness,’ your delusions to the surface, the physical world, in order to deal with them, forgive them and let them go. 9 – Do not despair, God will never offer you something you could not handle and overcome. 10 – All of Love’s expression come from God, thus when you experience them, thank God for it. 11 – Become grateful for the ‘good’ and ‘bad’, and you shall become a beacon of light in this world. 12 – When fearful, doubtful or anxious, practice using such moments to learn to trust God more. Do so and you will have more peace. 13 – Trust in God’s plan for the universe and you will have peace. 14 – Trust in the ego’s plan for the universe and confusion, doubt and chaos will result. 15 – The more you trust God’s plan for the universe the less fear, anxiousness and doubt you will experience. 16 – Learn not to sacrifice your time, focus and energy to your delusions, to who you are not. 17 – You are in control of your thoughts when you thoughts are aligned with the energy of love and its expressions. 18 – Your past programs are in control of your thoughts when unloving thoughts are being felt and express. 19 – The more you practice correcting your thoughts, from unloving to loving, the less time you will spend in the delusion/darkness. 20 – When someone is being unloving, it is not the truth in them that is doing so. Forgive them their dream by showing that you are awaken. 21 – Learn to overlook people’s dreams of themselves and you, and see only the truth, the love in them as true. 22 – You are not here to add darkness to darkness, you are here to to be a light in the world. 23 – Forgive others so that you can have peace and thus become an example of mercy and grace to others. 24 – If you think of others as unworthy of forgiveness you will unconsciously be feeling yourself that you are unworthy of peace. 25 – The ego is fuel by judgment. It is interested in its survival, not yours. 26 – Practice doing the opposite of what the ego’s demands. 27 – In reality, those who trigger you are helping you get an external picture of your internal condition and conditioning. Learn to thank them for this. 28 – Is your thinking serving you? 29 – Pray for those the ego says are unworthy of your prayers. 30 – Everything you think of others has to flow through you first. 31 – Practice in each interaction offering only the love that God created you to be.
