Topics Discussed in This Video:
1 – Anytime you are having a ego judgment centric fear based thought, that is the perfect time to check in on yourself, and shift your mind from the ego to God. 2 – The more you check in on yourself, the more you will consciously control the thoughts you think and thus the type of day you have. 3 – You have, through free will, the power to change your internal dialogue. 4 – The more a judgmental thought lingers throughout the day, the more power it holds over you. 5 – Ask yourself throughout the day: “What kind of day do I want to experience?” “Are my thoughts supporting that type of day? 6 – You have the power to experience a hellish or heavenly day by the thoughts you choose to support with your time, focus and energy. 7 – You are not here to create hell on Earth. You are not here to add darkness to darkness. 8 – Recall, it is not what happens, but how you choose to react to what happens, that colors your day. 9 – The more unbearable your day appears, the less you are trusting in God’s plan for your life. 10 – Practice saying “thank you” instead of “why me?” 11 – Do not judge yourself or others for how we choose to process our pain. 12 – Compassionate witnessing. Give yourself and others the safe space to grieve. 13 – Time is for healing. 14 – Your process is perfect. Feel free to feel your feelings. 15 – When going into challenging situations, go into it proactively, not reactively. Make your goal peace. 16 – Are you reacting from a foundation of anger or a foundation of peace. Become aware of generational curses/patterns repeating. 17 – When an angry thought comes in, stop, invite God in, and allow Him/Love to decide for you. Ask God what to think, say and do, then think, say and do only that. 18 – Each person the triggers us is allowing us to practice choosing forgiveness over judgment and thus peace over pain. 19 – Breaking generational curses. 20 – Respond with love to love and with love to a call for love. 21 – When you withhold love from another you hurt and poison yourself. 22 – What you offer another must first flow through you first. 23 – When someone who triggers you comes to your mind, offer them your love and peace and pray for them instead of judge them. 24 – Visualize the situation/future meeting turn out peacefully and well 25 – When anxiety comes in, use such moment to practice judging God more. The more you trust God the more peace you will experience. 26 – Learn to put your future in God’s hands. The more you trust Him the more peace you will have. 27 – Remind yourself: “I control my thoughts, my thoughts should not be controlling me.”
