Topics Discussed in This Video:
1 – The ego’s judgment centric fear based “solutions” and mindset will never deliver true peace to your mind and joy to your heart. 2 – Recall that each one of us has co-designed their journey with the Divine, thus each one of our journeys is perfect for our growth, healing and awakening process. 3 – There are 2 ways to view your journey, through the ego’s lens or through Love’s/God’s lens, the first will bring you chaos and pain, the other peace and joy. 4 – Do not punish yourself for viewing the world and your journey through the ego’s lens, just learn to recognize when this is happening, stop, and take your mind back from the ego by aligning your thoughts with Love. 5 – When you learn to trust the journey God created with others, your judgments of their journeys end. 6 – Stop supporting thoughts that don’t support your peace of mind and joy. 7 – When the ego strikes and tries to control your thoughts, stop, and just do the opposite of what the ego demands. 8 – The more you trust God, the more peace you will have. 9 – You were created by “The Light” to be “a light” in your own unique ways in the world. 10 – Seeing through the ego’s lens leads to a hellish mindset and world. 11 – Seeing through Love’s lens leads to a heavenly mindset and world. 12 – What do you do in an abusive situation? 13 – Look for “sponsors”/guidance people who have been through what you are going through to help you through it. 14 – When in doubt, not knowing what to do, stop and invite the Holy Spirit to lead the way. 15 – It is not what others say that makes you lose your peace of mind, it is how you define what they say that brings you peace or pain. 16 – You are never upset for the reason you think. 17 – Each person is God’s divine and perfect creation. Everyone is always doing the best they can with the emotional and spiritual tools they have available to them. 18 – In any situation, no matter the level of the drama, remind yourself: “I can choose peace instead of this.” 19 – In any situation, you can choose to trust in God’s plan for your life and have peace. 20 – Learn to recognize which thoughts lead you to hell and which lead you to heaven. 21 – Thank those in your life that “trigger” you, for they are simply helping you, through your loving response, to practice trusting God more. 22 – Don’t punish yourself or others for your life experience, for your challenges will become your teaching tools. 23 – Judgment never delivers to you peace or joy. 24 – Money issues in relationships. 25 – Allowing God to express Himself through you. Allow God/Love to lead the way. 26 – Trust in Divine time and timing vs the ego’s time and timing. Divine timing will bring you peace, the ego’s time will bring you conflict and chaos.
