Daily Inspiration: April 9. Awakening from the Dream of Judgment

Once you awaken, you will have no interest in judging those who sleep. For what use would we have for judgment, when we realize that they are simply reciting lines from a fictional play within their dreams. When you awaken, if you see others offering you something other than love and its expressions, you will know that they are simply dreaming. When you awaken to your loving nature, you will recall that we are all One, and so that the loving truth in you, is the same loving truth in all others. Our eternal truth is Love, the primary expression of God, who is All. Love is free from judgment, because forgiveness is an expression of Love, and thus there is in truth no opposite to Love or forgiveness. Now yes, to those within the dream, judgment does seem possible and even reasonable. But in reality, asleep or awakened, only the love in any of us is forever true. If we are judging, or believing that we are being judged, this is a sign of a mind that is asleep to its true nature. Today, let us begin to awaken, by training our minds to say no to judgment. No, to all the frustration, anger, jealousy, hate and resentment, that it brings into our lives. Today, let us say no, to punishing ourselves or others through our own thoughts and words. Let us recall that being all One, that when we are judging others, we are also condemning ourselves. Every time we succeed in rejecting the ego’s calls for judgment, let that signal to us, that we are on our way to awakening from the ego’s dream. Allow each and every victory over the ego, no matter how small it may appear to be, to bring joy to your heart and peace to your mind. Allow these feelings of joy and peace, to help remind and reinforce in you, your true loving nature. The more we decline the ego’s calls for judgment, the more time we spend in the state of peace. Our example will then help remind others that awakening from the ego’s judgment-centered dream, is not as difficult as it once seemed.

We are all One, that is why when you awaken to the illusionary nature of judgment, others judgments of you, will have less power over you. The less power others’ judgments have over you, the less need you will have to defend yourself against such ‘acts’. Now, we no longer need to defend ourselves against those who we know are simply dreaming. If we don’t need to defend ourselves, then what good does judgment, as a form of defense, make? As our dream state of judgment decreases, the time spent in the awaken state of peace increases. Gratitude will then become your natural response to spending more time in the state of peace. Forgiveness, is one tool that helps takes us from the dream state to the awaken state. Today, when the ego’s judgment dream tries to suck you into it, simply decline its efforts by forgiving it and continuing on your sacred path. The ego is always trying to have you judge, for judgment fuels it, increasing its illusionary power over your thinking process. The more you buy into the dream of judgment, the sooner you lose the memory of who you truly are. This is what the ego wants, for you to feel lost, unsure, off-balance, insecure, and confused. For when you feel this way, you are more likely to become subservient to the ego through the act of judgment. This is how the ego keeps thriving through you, by judging self and others, it feeds itself and starves you. Yet, do not despair, for thanks to free will, we can in any moment awaken, by making a more forgiving and loving choice. Today, let us use the ego’s attempts at judgment, to instead practice forgiveness. As we do, we will begin to feel the ego’s power over us diminish, and our peace of mind become a greater part of our experience.

Today, let us use the dream of judgment, not to continue to put self or others down, but instead to help trigger in us, the need to awaken from the ego’s dream. Let us use judgment as a sort of snooze button, in our own personal alarm clock. Because of our past programming, we may have to push that snooze button more than a few times. Yet, each time we push it, we will get closer to awakening. Knowing this, that each time we push the snooze bottom it gets us closer to awakening, we stop judging our past and become grateful for it. It is because of our past, that we are now at a place in our dream cycle, where the dream is ending and the awakening process has begun. How illogical would it now be to judge our past and the people in it, for simply being a part of our awakening process? Once awakened, gratitude not judgment, will become our response to our past, and to all those who were a part of it. Imagine, the beauty and sacred nature of a day, when you no longer look at your past or all those from it, with any form of judgment. Imagine, being able to replace all your past judgments with forgiveness, gratitude, peace and understanding. We can now do so, because we know that every step, and everyone along our path, has played a sacred part in our awakening process. Being all One, we also understand this of ourselves, that every step we took along our path, has been of use to help us reach our final destination, that of a conscious union with our Source. Now, free from the ego’s programs, align with Love’s expressions, we begin to humbly represent our God on Earth. Now, it is we who become a light to others. Now, it is we who gently help awaken them from the darkness and despair of the ego’s judgment-centered programs and dreams.

Today, when the ego once again demands that we judge and condemn another, let us recall that we have free will, and can thus decline any such request. Let us recall that the ego’s judgment centered mindset has never brought us to our desired destination, to being One with our all-loving Source. If the ego’s judgments have never delivered us to a conscious union our Source, then maybe doing the opposite of what the ego demands, will. Forgiveness is the opposite of judgment. Today, let us choose and offer forgiveness instead of judgment, and thus bring peace instead of pain to this world. Let us be grateful, not judgmental of, all those who have help us practice using our free will to take back control of our thoughts, minds and lives. Now, aligned with Love’s expressions, in control of our thoughts, minds and lives, we awaken from and dismiss the ego’s judgment-centered dreams, and once again start being who we were created to be.
