You, my friend, are the gatekeeper of your mind. The gatekeeper of your mind is the gatekeeper of the world that you will end up defining, seeing and experiencing. You have the final say as to who enters, and who is stopped at your mind’s gate. Just as there exists an outer world; there also exists an inner world. In this inner world, your thoughts are its inhabitants. The level of peace or stress in your inner world, is directly correlated to the inhabitants that you allow to enter and live within. The more you focus on, invite, allow in, and support, positive, peaceful, loving and kind, inhabitants into your mind, the more positive, peaceful, kind, and love-filled, your days, and the world that you experience, will be. The more negative, destructive, fearful and unkind, the inhabitants that you allowed through your gate, and allow to live within, the more stress-filled, difficult, hopeless and tiring, the world that you experience, will be. Notice, that the defining factor in your day and life is, not what is happening “out there,” but who you are allowing to enter your gates, and thus inviting into your kingdom. The thoughts that invigorate or pollute your mind, will be the exact same ones that invigorate or pollute your life. Yet, there is no need to worry or despair, for if it is you who have allowed and invited in, consciously or not, thoughts that are polluting your mind and life, then it is also you who has the power to dis-invite and kick them out. The power to change the world you see, and the way you interact with such a world, resides within you, and not somewhere out there that is outside your reach or control. The sooner you realize this, the sooner you take conscious control of your mind’s gate, the less pain and anguish you will experience in this world, and the sooner you’ll be able to return the world you see and experience, back to a peaceful, loving and joyful state.
We have been gifted free will, let us no longer give our power away, by choosing to blame the outer world for how we are feeling or experiencing our reality. Instead, let us today more consciously focus on what thoughts we are allowing into our kingdom. Are the thoughts that we are allowing in, brightening or darkening our days? Are the inhabitants that we have allowed into our kingdom, working with our best interest in mind, or with the ego’s best interest in mind? If the ego main fuel source is judgment, then you will know when your inhabitants are working more for the ego than for you, when your thoughts are supportive of the judgmental state. The judgmental state will rob you of peace, and thus if in any situation you do not have peace, then know that you are allowing inhabitants into your kingdom, that do not really have your best interest in mind. Start asking yourself, any time that a thought wants to enter your gate, does this thought really have my best interest in mind? Does this thought seem to want to work with me, towards achieving a higher level of consciousness, and that of a peaceful, loving and joyful state, or is this thought secretly conspiring against my true desires? Let us not judge ourselves if we find that we have allow a number of destructive inhabitants into our minds and lives, instead let us practice becoming consciously aware of what we have done, and then gently but swiftly, look to correct the situation and cleanse our minds. The situation is not calling out for judgment, it is simply calling out for correction. Every single moment in your existence, thanks to God’s gifts of mercy, grace and free will, offers you the opportunity to choose once again, to correct what needs correction, and begin anew.
Today, let us from the deepest parts of our souls, offer God gratitude, that no matter how we are experiencing our lives, that in every moment, we can choose differently, and begin anew. Imagine that, being able to begin creating a whole new life, in any single moment. My dear one, the cross has already been overcome, there is no more need for you to carry the weight of the world on your shoulders. Every single moment offers you this opportunity, to resurrect your life, to take back control of your own thoughts, and thus of the world that through them, you are creating, seeing and experiencing. Today, let us recall, that the life we are in every moment creating, is simply a physical manifestation and representation, of the thoughts we are allowing in, caring for, and supporting. It is always we, who in the end, make the final choice, of whom to, or whom not to, allow into our kingdom. Thus today, if something is not bringing you peace or joy, do not look outwards to try to solve your problem, instead look inward, heal your mind, and the outer world will then simply begin to reflect, the internal condition of your kingdom. Keep reminding yourself today: “I am the gatekeeper of my mind. If I know a certain thought is not willing to work with me to achieve a peaceful, loving and joyful state, then I will not support that thought, nor allow its entrance into my kingdom. Today, I only support and allow into my kingdom, those thoughts that I know are willing to work with me to achieve a peaceful, loving and joyful state. I am the gatekeeper of my mind. I am responsible for the world that I create, see and experience.”
Today, let us start to take greater personal responsibility, for the world that we are seeing and experiencing. The world we see “out there” must begin with the thoughts we think, focus on and support. It is through our thoughts the we define this world. If this world is a representation, of the combination of the thoughts we think and support, then it is we who have control over how we experience the world we see. Let us ask ourselves: “Do we truly desire to see and experience a less judgmental, angry, resentful and hateful world.” If the answer is yes, then it is us who must consciously and consistently decline, judgmental, angry, resentful and hateful thoughts, entry through our mind’s gate. We are Love’s children, all that Love is we are, thus we forever have a right to God’s inheritance, to a loving world. But we also have free will, thus it must be us, who in every moment decide, what kind of world we choose to define, support, create, see and experience.
