Today, no matter how much the ego tries to have you judge your journey, remember this: All, yes all, of your experiences, have helped you become the more compassionate and self-aware person, that you are today. All of the wisdom, knowledge and life lessons, that you now have, is because of your past. Therefore, when the ego tries to put you or others down for the past, recall the true gift to you that it was, and place aside and no longer entertain, the ego’s judgments and lack of understanding. It is because of your past, that you have the coping tools that you have today. You are right now, at your personal highest level of consciousness, thanks to all you have experienced. Thus, allow gratitude and hope, not guilt and shame, to become your attitude towards your whole life experience, towards your whole-self. The more you understand the sacred nature of your whole past, the more compassionate and understanding you will be, towards your whole-self. Remember that your journey is a sacred co-creation with God, uniquely designed with your healing and growth in mind. Therefore, your personal experience is God’s gift to you, and your gift to this world. Your whole-self is who you came here to experience, express and share. Who you are today, is who this planet needs today. You are not here by chance, you are not a dice throw on some Universal Craps table, you are right now exactly who you need to be, to accomplish what you have come here to do. You did not come here to show, share and experience parts of yourself and hide, feel guilty and ashamed, of your other parts. Your whole-self is where all your gifts reside. Today, no matter how many times your own ego has tried to bring you down, stand up straight and strong, look in the mirror, and confidently recall our need for you, for if we did not need you, then God would have not placed you on our sacred path.
The ego will still insist that you feel bad and judge yourself and others as not good, spiritual or wise enough, because of having committed “errors,” “sins,” or having “been wrong” many times. But if all those “errors,” “sins,” and “mistakes” have assisted you in becoming the more compassionate and self-aware person that you are today, then were they actually ever really errors, sins and mistakes, in the first place? Or were they actually gifts that you were presenting to yourself, in order to grow, heal and have a more full and comprehensive understanding, of your life experience and of your whole-self? Have not your so-called errors, sins and mistakes, assisted you in obtaining the coping mechanism and tools that you have now have available to you? Thanks to these tools, are you not becoming a greater blessing to others who walk along your path? When we recall that God is Love and All, every part of our journey will be seen and understood as the gift that it was. Our judgments of self and others will then begin to dissolve away before this light and understanding. As you awaken, you will begin to see, recognize and be grateful for, the useful nature of each step along your sacred path. Being that in reality All is Love, every single step along your path, God will use for good, to help you heal, grow and awaken you to your true nature. When you start looking at and analyzing your past, you will begin to see how indeed there was a use for every step along the way. You will begin to see, that even your judgments of self and others, helped you better understand the useless nature of such judgments. This understanding then helped you acknowledge the useful nature of forgiveness. Forgiveness then brought you greater compassion for self and others, and thus more peace of mind and joy to your life and to those around you.
Today, let us look with gratitude at our past, for it is exactly because of our whole life experience, that those struggling through their own seeming errors, guilt and shame, will look to us, to help them heal. It is because of our whole life experience, that we through our example, can show them, that the burden filled judgmental mindset they now hold and carry, can be forgiven, lifted, and with love, released. It is because of our whole life experience that others will look to us and say to themselves: “Yes, I can listen to this one, because he/she has been through what I am now going through, and because he/she overcame it, then so too can I.” Imagine, all that pain and struggle you once perceived and judged yourself for, now being used to help others heal and awaken. Would we not begin to see and understand how everything we experience, can indeed be used by God for good, and for the healing and awakening of this planet? If our pain and struggle is now being used for good, was it really ever bad in the first place, or was it a gift of wisdom, knowledge and life lessons, that we were being offered and are now preparing, to present to this planet? If we can see and understand the so-called difficulties of our past in this manner, will we not be able to also see and understand the so-called difficulties of our present and future in this same helpful manner? Now, if all difficulties throughout our life, are understood and are now experienced in this more self-aware manner, simply as gifts that we are being offered so that we may better help this planet heal, would we ever again experience so-called difficulties, or just gifts and blessings in disguise?
Today, above any sorrow or self-judgment, above any doubt or self-loathing, stop and recall, that God being Love and All, will use all your experiences for good, to help you grow, heal and awaken. What further tears would you need cry, or condemnations of self and others would you need make, when you recall that every step along your sacred path, is blessed and designed, by the Creator of the Universe, by the Source of Love Himself. My dear friend, you and your whole journey, are a blessing to this world. This I know without a doubt, simply because, you are here. You would not be here otherwise. Today, look deeply into the mirror, and truly behold and learn to appreciate, God’s creation. Then remember that we are all One, and make the conscious decision, to look upon everyone you meet, with these same eyes.
