Judge yourself no longer for having and expressing “negative” emotions; judge yourself no longer for being human. Negative emotions are simply part of the human growth, healing and awakening process. To deny them, is to deny and not be respectful of, parts of yourself. When you are not being respectful of your whole self and journey, then you are not being respectful of the sacred journey that you have co-created with God. We will never find true peace of mind and joy, as long as we do not learn to respect our whole self. Each each and every part of the whole self will recognize its divinity at its own pace and time. You cannot live an abundant, fulfilled and joyful life, when you are constantly denying or not respecting parts of yourself, or parts of the Whole Self that the ego has programmed you to define as “others”. We have been programmed by the ego to judge ourselves as bad, not worthy or spiritual enough, for having or expressing negative emotions. But why continue to follow the ego’s mindset when it does not deliver to us the peace of mind and joy we want? Today, stop punishing yourself for being human. Remember, God being Love and All, will use all our experiences for good. Even our negative emotions will serve a greater good and a higher purpose. We will overcome the ego’s judgment centered negative mindset, and after we do, we will help others do the same. When we learn to respect our whole experience and journey, it is then when our need for judging self and others, will begin to dissolve. Sooner or later, after experiencing your negative judgments enough times, you will see that they offer you nothing you want. For these life lessons, today let us offer our so-called negative feelings and emotions our gratitude. By doing so, we acknowledge them as equally important steps on our sacred path.
Imagine, if your so-called negative emotions were in your life to offer you a deeper level of self-awareness and a clearer path to a conscious alignment with your Creator. Imagine, what a great blessings your own healing and awakening could one day offer to all those who still hurt because they are asleep to their true nature. If you can begin to realize the blessing and useful nature of even these so-called negative emotions, would you not then be able to offer this world a clearer and smoother path to their own awakening? If you can begin to awaken to the realization that each and every part of you, no matter how negatively the ego might have programmed you to see them as, is really here to help you and the world grow, heal and awaken, what further need to judge yourself or others would you have? Would this understanding not bring you a certain level of clarity to your mind, peace to your heart, and gratitude to your soul? Imagine, if you could begin to shift your perception so that when you experience negative emotions, instead of putting yourself or others down for them, you simply thanked them for being a part of a sacred process that is helping you awaken. Would a sense of purpose, clarity, peace and gratitude, not begin to fill more of your time here on Earth? Would you not begin to experience a kind of Heaven on Earth, if you simply started to see and understand the blessing that each and every step along your sacred path is? My dear friend, God uses all for good, remember to trust this truth as true, in order to receive the peace of mind and joy that as His creations, are yours to forever have, experience, share and enjoy.
Today, let us choose not to judge or invalidate our negative feelings or emotions. Instead, let us see them as our own internal compass, a guidance system that is showing us where we are supporting the ego’s lies about us as true. Today, let us not run away or try to hide from our negative feelings or emotions, for now awakening, we no longer need to hide from the monsters in our dreams. Today, let us practice looking at our negative feelings and emotions through God’s eyes, with wisdom, mercy and grace. Let us thank them for the part that they are playing in our awakening process. Let us now trust in the sacred nature of the journey that we have co-created with an all-loving God. Let us make sure to no longer punish ourselves with our own thoughts. Let us be grateful that our negative thoughts are coming out of the darkness within our minds, and into emotional and physical forms. This way, through our words and actions, we can more clearly see and understand who we are and who we are not, what we want and no longer want. Now, that what had separated us from our brothers, sisters and God, has surfaced, in the light can be dealt with, understood, forgiven, healed and released. Now, we have the wisdom and courage to feel and look at every part of ourselves and our journeys, with love, mercy and grace. Our negative feelings and emotions, are now met with our greater self-awareness and acceptance of our whole-self. As we begin to awaken, the idea of negativity begins to dissolve from our thoughts, minds and lives. As we begin to awaken, we will start to see and understand the gifts that every one of our experiences, even and especially those so-called negative ones, have the ability to offer us and the world.
Today, if you find that you are judging yourself as less than, bad, negative, or not spiritual enough, consider taking the following five steps: First, remind yourself that you control your thoughts, that your thoughts should not be controlling you. Second, remind yourself where the ego’s mindset and programs have taken you a hundred times before, no where that you desire to go. Third, remind yourself that every single step of your journey, is a sacred co-creation with God, and always serves a higher purpose. Fourth, remind yourself that each one of our steps along the journey that we have co-created with God, will be use in one way or another, for good, for our growth, healing and awakening. Fifth, practice trusting the first four steps until a sense of peace, certainty and gratitude, begins to rein over your mind, day and life.
