Daily Inspiration: December 31. Every Moment Allows Us to Begin Anew

As the last sunset of a successful year sets, let us recall this is not an end but a beginning. Every moment allows us the opportunity to begin anew. When truly experienced, the present moment is free from past judgments and future imaginings. The present moment is forever free to be what you desire it to be. Choose to no longer drag the past onto the now and thus cover over what is truly being presented to you. No matter what you perceived others have done to you, their actions only reside in the past. It is only you who can drag their actions onto the now and thus obscure what is really going on. Choose to no longer block from yourself God’s gifts that reside within the now.

No longer support thoughts you know don’t align you with God’s gifts of mercy and grace. When you choose to see the now through God’s mercy and grace, it is then that the present moment is seen freed from the past. No longer hold your past judgments as more valuable to you than your peace of mind. Today, take personal responsibility for your thoughts. It is only you who can through your thoughts hold yourself back from experiencing the gifts that reside within the now. No longer blame the outer world knowing that it is not the world but only your own thoughts about it that can hold you as a hostage to the past. It is also only you who hold the key to your freedom. It is only you through the choices you make who can forgive the past and return to the now. It is only you who can choose to trust God. Today, lay your worries of the future fully in His hands and by doing so return to the now. Free-will invites us in every moment to choose forgiveness and trust and by doing so learn to value the present moment over the past and future.

It is our choice and ours alone to forgive and be free from the past or to continue to condemn it, others and ourselves and carry judgment’s burdens. It is judgment’s burdens that keep us a prisoner to our past. Today, let us look back at our past. We may not need to look too far back. Think about what has judging and becoming angry with others or ourselves ever truly done for us? Has this type of behavior ever brought clarity to our minds or has it fed our confusion, conflict and guilt? Has this behavior ever brought harmony to our hearts and a sense calm to our souls or has it made us restless and resentful? Has this behavior helped us move forward in our lives or has it chained us to the past? Does this behavior allowed us to relax on our beds and fall quietly to sleep or does it have us tossing and turning at night? Is it not time to try another way? Maybe a more gentle, peaceful and loving way? Is it not time to stop behaving in forms that only pollute and poison us and those around us? My dear friend, judgment is not wisdom. The relinquishment of judgement is true wisdom. Relinquish your judgments. They you no true understanding of why things are as they are. They offer you no true understanding of of the universal plan. You can trust your plan for the Universe of God’s, not both. Is it not time to maybe leave the running of the Universe and of all those in it to God? Today, allow your release of judgment to say you are finally ready to give up the fantasies, fairy tales, false concepts and deceptions of the ego’s world. Today give up all that which is in truth nothing and receive everything that is true in return.

Is it not time to let go of the ego’s false concepts of judgment, separation, guilt, fear, worry, confusion and chaos? Why continue to support a mindset that does not support you? Why continue to support thoughts that only lead to darkness and despair? It is time my friend and that is why you are reading this now. You have come to a place in your awakening process that gives you enough clarity to see. Today, as God’s children we accept His loving inheritance. We accept and support forgiveness, compassion, trust in God, peace, joy and understanding. We allow Love’s energies to lead us. Now aligned with the mind of God we see every moment as an opportunity to begin anew. Why not try walking hand in hand with the mercy and grace of God? Today recall there is no judgment or resentment you have been told to hold dear that is greater than God’s mercy and grace. God is Love and All. Ask yourself, would God not want me to always act lovingly? God desires you to treat all His children with love, with mercy and grace. To do so let go of your attachments to your past and to your worries about the future. See God’s children only as the love they were created to be. Today, align only with your eternal loving essence and offer only this to all those God sends your way. We have come far this year and yet because God is All in truth it has been a journey without distance to a place we have never left. It has been a journey from forgetting to remembering. A journey from sleep to awakening. It has been a journey from who we never were to who in truth we have always been, are, and will always be.

Today, if your thoughts are “negative,” stop and decide to end that line of thinking. Then choose to unite with the Love that God is and begin anew. What better to lead you out of the darkness than the Light? Today, simply allow Love to lead the way. You can do this by forgiving the past and placing the future fully in God’s hands. What do you have to lose by doing so? Judgment of self and others, anger, resentment, fear and hate? Are these energies and the emotions they produce such terrible things to lose? My friend, when you allow Love to lead you, you lose nothing because Love is everything. Everything that is real, worthy and true. You, as God’s child, are forever worthy of God’s loving inheritance, and being all One, so too is everyone else. Today, be glad that in any moment you have the free will to stop, unite with God, the light in you, and begin anew.
