Today, let us together practice returning to our natural state, the state of peace. We do this by making our primary goal for the day to consciously move in the direction of peace. Before any interaction, we remind ourselves: “Above all else, peace is my goal in this interaction.” By bringing the goal of peace to our awareness, we awaken to the understanding that, thanks to free will, peace is always just a choice away. By making peace our goal, the situation then becomes a means to achieve our goal. If during the interaction, we feel out of alignment with our goal, now we can more quickly remind ourselves of our goal, and correct our path. Today, we are being proactive about bringing a greater sense of peace into our lives, and because we are all One, into the lives of others. No longer will we be reactive, and wait for peace to come to us. Peace is one of the many expressions of Love. Since Love is our Creator, we are always worthy of the state of peace. If during the interaction, you are having difficulties in achieving peace, remind yourself: “I am my Creator’s creation. I am thus worthy of peace. We are all One, and so too are my brothers and sisters are worthy of peace. I now offer peace to them, so I may receive and experience peace myself.” The only thing now that can seem to separate from the state of peace, is the belief that we are not worthy of it. Now, when you hold a belief that is not taking you in the direction of the life you want, recognize that it is offering nothing you want, and make the conscious decision to end your support of it. You end your support of it by no longer investing your time, focus and energy on it. As you end your support of it, its fuel source is cut off, and then it slowly begins to wilt away, out of your life.
Today, let us see every interaction that we have with a fellow brother or sister as an opportunity, a gift that they are offering us, and we are accepting, in order to practice recalling that we are worthy of peace. The more you get to practice acknowledging to yourself that you are worthy of peace, the more real to you this truth becomes. The more you are in conscious alignment with the state of peace, the sooner you will get to realize and recall, that peace is your true nature and home. Imagine, truly believing that you have the ability, in every moment and interaction, to move in the direction of peace. When you recall that every moment is here for your good, to help you grow, heal and awaken, what else but at peace would be? Each and every time today, that we make a conscious effort to make peace the goal for more of our daily activities, our life will begin to shift in order to reflect our efforts. Let us recall and appreciate, the key role that those we are participating in the interaction with, are playing. They are the ones who are specifically helping us practice recalling, that we are worthy of peace. We have, unconscious as we may be of it, chosen them to help us recall our worth. They have, unconscious as they may be of it, volunteer to help us, and because we are all One, help themselves to also recall their own perfect worth. Today, let us be grateful, that every moment is in one form or another, here to remind us, that we are all worthy of peace. Understanding this, every moment and everyone involved in these moments, are now seen as sacred. Seeing, acknowledging and treating everyone we meet as a sacred part of God, returns us to our natural state of mind, that of being at peace and One with our all-loving essence and Source.
Today, before any interaction, we make peace our goal. Now, our interactions become the fuel source that we use to help us reach our goal. This helps us more consciously and continuously align with the state of peace. If peace becomes a greater part of our day, then just mathematically speaking, the ego’s judgment base tools and mindset, such as those of anger, frustration, worry, resentment and regret, will play a lesser role in our lives. As you consciously spend less of your time, focus and energy, on the ego’s tools and mindset, it begins to slowly lose its power and control over you. As the ego dissolves from your life, peace becomes a more natural and constant expression in your experience. The more you consciously align with the state of peace, the more you will see and understand that peace has always, even in your darkest times, been a choice available to you, and that you could have chosen to make. Peace being an extension and expression of Love, is who in truth you are, and your natural state of mind. Understanding this, you have brought down your blocks to the awareness of the presence of peace. In doing so, we begin to see, that it is indeed us who hold the ultimate power of how we interact with and shape our experience. Judgment of self and others, frustration, anger, resentment and revenge, will all bow down and surrender, when you awaken to the knowledge, that everyone and everything is here to help you achieve a greater sense of peace in your life. Everyone and everything today, is here to help remind you that you are worthy of peace. It is this recognition that will bring gratitude to your heart, peace to your mind, and joy to your soul.
Today, let us see every interaction as an opportunity to bring us into a more conscious union with the state of peace. Peace, as an expression of Love, is our natural state of mind. When we are not at peace, we are not in our natural state of mind. Today, we align with our natural state of mind by making peace our goal before every interaction. When your goal is set before the interaction, then the interaction becomes the fuel source that you use to help you reach your goal. Today, before you interact with anyone, remind yourself: “Peace is my goal for this interaction.” If during the interaction, if you find yourself out of alignment with your goal, simply and gently remind yourself of your goal, and return to peace. A useful tool that can help us achieve our goal, is forgiveness. When a lack of peace seems to want to suffocate you, forgive yourself and others, and start fueling the type of mindset that will bring you closer to the experience you want.

Thanks. This is a great tool. My goal is peace, and has been for some time, but I noticed recently I’m feeling agitated. My ego is working overtime. What you share here, will help me clear the mind path and live in peace.
Thank you Sue for being open to the message.
Today, when agitation tries to enter your mind’s gate, recall what it has offered you before, and decline its entry. You decline its entry by replacing them with forgiving. You decline its entry by no longer investing your time, focus and energy on its thoughts. You decline its entry by learning to use such instances to practice instead reinforcing your true nature, the love that you were created to be.
Forgiveness and compassion, as expressions of Love, are who in truth you are. Focus on them, and they will gladly guard your mind’s gate.
