Daily Inspiration: January 22. Using Stress, Anger, and Resentment Not for Judgment But As Guides

We have been programmed by the ego to judge ourselves as “less than” or “not spiritual enough” for experiencing states of mind like stress, anger and resentment. But today, as representative of the Love that created us, we will look to reverse the thinking of the ego’s world. We do so, by offering these states of mind our gratitude. Gratitude, because we now know, that they are simply showing us when we have lost our way, and are out of alignment with the mind of God. The sooner we can catch ourselves being out of alignment with the Mind of God, the sooner we can choose again, and return to the state of peace, at One with our Creator. Learning to appreciate and offer gratitude for all that we had once been programmed to judge and curse, will bring us back into a conscious alignment with God. Appreciation, gratitude, forgiveness, peace, compassion and understanding, are all expressions of Love, of who God is. God being All, is who we are. Imagine, being able to now see with appreciation and gratitude, all and everyone, who the ego once had us judge and condemn. Would peace not start to become a greater part of our day, and thus a greater reflection of our life? Imagine, the relief we will begin to have, once we no longer have to punish ourselves, for not being so-called perfect. Now we get, that this seeming imperfection, is simply a part of our perfect process. Because God is All, each and every step we take, no matter how imperfect it may appear to be, is a step towards God and thus a step towards good. Now awaken, we see how every step along our path serves its sacred purpose.  By understanding and supporting this truth as true, what once separated us, now unite us. In this Oneness we, hand in hand, return back to being a reflection of our true Home, the state of peace.

We can in truth be, only what God Is. We can in truth only be, the Love that God Is. We can in truth only be, the numerous reflections of that Love, such as those of being peaceful, joyful, compassionate, merciful and understanding. It is these energies and emotions, our true brothers and sisters, that help guide us back to God. Because Love is All, each step along our path can in truth only be a reflection of Love. When we are not seeing a step of ours in this manner, it is not because it is not a reflection of Love, it is because somewhere within our minds the ego’s past programs are blocking our awareness to Love’s presence. If we are not experiencing each step along our path through Love, it is not that we are not wise, spiritual, or loving beings, it is that we have for a moment fallen asleep to our true nature. There is no need to judge yourself as less than, for taking a little nap. There is no need to judge anyone for napping. Instead of judging ourselves or others for napping, let us just go ahead and nap, so that we may wake up refreshed. For a moment, during this nap, we have forgotten our true nature, and there is no need to judge ourselves or others for that. Instead, let us now use the time that we would have in the past used for judgment, and use it to gently awaken, and guide us to our destination. Our destination and destiny, is to once again consciously unite with and become a reflection of our Source. Today, be gentle with yourself, be gentle with others, remember Who you have created your journey with, the Creator of the Universe. Knowing now that your journey is a sacred co-creation, use all of it, both the so-called good and bad, to guide you back into alignment with the mind of God.

Today, when in the states of stress, anger and resentment, let us not judge ourselves, but instead let us be grateful that we now have the wisdom to realize, that this is not where we belong. The more we practice catching ourselves being in a state of mind we do not belong in, the less time we will spend there, and the more time we will spend in the state of peace. Today, let us offer gratitude to stress, anger and resentment, for showing us who we are not, and by doing so, guiding us towards who we truly are. Today, let us practice dropping our self judgments and judgments of others, with the full understanding that no matter what roadblocks the ego puts on our way, that we can overcome our programming, and use those life lessons for good. How would your life begin to change, if everything that you once judged yourself and others for, you were now able to simply see it as a useful step along your sacred path? How much less judgment, anger, resentment and pain, would you have to experience and carry? For it is when we begin to trust in our sacred co-creation with God, that we begin to realize how every step along our path, was created with our best interest in mind. In fact, how could the Father of Love, Peace, Joy, Compassion, Mercy and Grace, not have our best interest in mind? If He has our best interest in mind, it is not that some days He has and some days He hasn’t, it is every day that He has our best interest in mind. It is not some steps yes, and some steps no, it is in every step that He has our best interest in mind. Knowing this, what response other than gratitude, would you have to each step along your path? We are all One, and so what step along our brothers or sisters path, could ever be anything other than perfect and sacred. Understanding this, why would we ever again have any use for being judgmental, stressed out, angry or resentful?

Today, when stress, anger and resentment, try to rule over us, let us remember, that it is we who have control over our thoughts, it is not our thoughts who should be controlling us. It is we who have final say over what energies and emotions we will focus on and thus experience. Let us thank our life experience for having already shown us that stress, anger and resentment, do not take us to the state of peace, to our true Home. There is no longer a need to follow the ego’s programs, and answer stress with more stress, anger with more anger, and resentment with more resentment. No, the time that we now spend in these states, is now purely up to us to decide. Today, let us recall that we have co-created our journeys with a Perfect All-Loving Source, and so every step along our path will be used for good, to help us grow, heal, and awaken. Understanding this, we allow trust, peace and forgiveness, to take the place of our stress, anger and resentment. By doing so, we become the representatives of God, Love on Earth.

I have gently followed your posts for at least two years. Without a single doubt in my mind, this post on gently remembering as a means of reaching forgiveness and acceptance is the best advice that I have found so far in my quest to heal my heart and forgive myself AND my ex-husband for the horrendous divorce process after 30+ years of matrimony. I wrote a reminder to remember everything gently and posted it on my bathroom mirror. Thank you for this guidance!

Thank you Teresa for being a member of our community. I’m honored that the message was useful to you on your journey to peace. Let us all remember that what we focus on we will experience, and so if we consciously choose to focus on forgiveness, compassion and understanding, and offer these to ourselves and all our brothers and sisters, then that it what will flow through us and throughout our day. Peace. JBC

This is what I needed to hear. I feel I’ve been judged, or maybe misjudged, by those in my church community, cast out by them…..it’s very hard. This is helping me to realign…..thank you so much

Thank you Beatrice for your comment and for being a member of our community. Your journey is a sacred co-creation with God, when others judge your journey, it is not the truth in them doing so, it is that part of them that remains asleep to the truth in them. Continue to be the love that you were created to be, offer others only this love through its expressions such as forgiveness, understanding and compassion, for that is in truth all you can offer them. Do so, and you will have the Love that God Is, flowing through you and throughout your day. Peace. JBC

This has been especially helpful to me today. Thank you.

Thank you Diane for being open to the message, and for taking the time to add your comment. Peace. JBC
