Imagine the love, peace of mind, and joy, that you could experience, if you forgave the past, placed the future in God’s hands, and chose to once again return to the present moment. The present moment is the holy instant, a moment that is free from past judgments or future imaginings. How would breaking yourself free from the chains of your past programming, and the worries of the future, make you feel? Imagine, the past and future no longer existing, because you are only focused on the now. Such a heavenly state of mind, through the gift of free will, is always but a simple choice away. Remind yourself today, that as God’s creation, you are worthy of experiencing the love, peace of mind and joy, that are forever available to you within the eternal present moment. It is within the eternal present moment, where the love, peace and joy, of God forever reside. It is the eternal present moment, that is your true home. You are not meant to live in the past nor in the future, for if you did, then that is where you would be. You are meant to live right here right now, because this is where God and we need you. It is only right here right now, that you can exercise true choice. No longer unconsciously chose to drag the ego’s past programming onto the present moment, and thus obscuring what is really going on within the now. All that the present moment is, is God’s Love, and so that all that you can in truth do within the now, is to be and express your loving nature. If you are expressing anything other than your loving nature, then let that be a signal to you, that you are either stuck in the past, or thinking and worrying about the future.
Notice today, that when you are not at peace, being loving and joyful, that your mind and thinking are usually stuck somewhere repeating the past patterns, or fretting about the future. Today, make the conscious choice to no longer judge yourself as not good enough, spiritual or wise enough, or even worthy enough, because you once again find yourself somewhere other than within the now. Instead, use such situations, as triggers, that signal to you, that it is now time for you to return to the now. Use such times when you feel chained to the past or are fretting about the future, as your own personal alarm clocks, that are in essence alerting you to awaken to the realization, that where you are, you need not be. Today, when you are judging yourself or others, or fretting about the future, hear the alarm clock sounding, and when it does, return home to the now, by forgiving your judgments of the past and by trusting God with the future. When you forgive, you are only forgiving the programming that you yourself have dragged onto the present. And so you are never really forgiving another, what you are doing is forgiving the past programming that you hold about them. Your brothers and sisters only in truth reside within the present moment, and Love is all that exist within the now. Love never needs to be forgiven, for forgiveness is itself an expression of Love. Forgiveness is the understanding that only the love in another is true and real. By forgiving, you break the chains that hold you captive to the past. Forgiveness is a way of saying to another, that you have awaken to the realization, that only the truth in them is true.
Today, let us dedicate our time to practice returning back to the now, by focusing our attention on, and achieving a greater sense of control over, our free will. The past is forever gone, unless of course we, through free will, choose to drag it onto the present. The future is also but forever only in our imaginations, and thus again only obscures the present moment, when we through free will, choose to value it more than what is here right now. When we are in the present moment, we are activating our free will, because we have placed aside our past programming and future imagining, and are then free to be who we desire to be. When we are not in the present moment, we are unconscious within consciousness, robotic in nature, focus on the ego’s past programming or on a future that does not exist. Today, let us practice using free will, to let go of past judgments and future imaginings. Just as forgiveness, is the tool that frees us from the past, so to is trusting in God’s plan, the tool that will free us from the future. Today, let us use these tools to return to the present moment, to our true purpose, path and home. The states of peace, love and joy, will signal to us that we are within the now. When we are in the now, a sense of fulfillment will be felt, because we will actually be focusing on and doing, what we have come here to focus on and do. When we are not in the present moment, a lack of fulfillment will be felt, because we will actually be focusing on and doing, the ego’s will, not ours which is a co-creation with God. We need not put ourselves down for choosing the ego over God, all we need do is, without judgment, realize what we are doing, gently correct our path, and return to the now.
Today, let us practice noticing, that if we are not at peace, being loving and joyous, then we are either dragging our past judgments onto the present, or worrying about the future. Peace, love and joy are your true nature and home, and your true home resides only within the eternal now. Today, use your free will to return to the now, to let go of thoughts that no longer serve you, that do not support your peaceful, loving and joyful nature. It is only within the now where we can be truly free. This sense of freedom is a symbol and reflection of God’s trust in us. We have been created to create as our Creator, through love. Today, allow the state of peace to show you that you are in alignment with your Creator, and moving along your sacred path. Today, do not put yourself down when you find yourself staring into the darkness, simply use its symbols such as those of judgment, fear, confusion, worry and chaos, to remind you that it is time to take back control of your thinking, and return to the now, where the love, peace and joy of God forever reside.
