Daily Inspiration: November 12. Self Worth: Focused on Appreciation instead of Condemnation

Today, let us make an effort to focus on what we can appreciate in our self and others, instead of searching for what we can judge and condemn. The more we practice this, the more natural and normal this way of thinking becomes. Today, if we find ourself being pulled toward the ego’s judgmental mindset, let us not put ourself down. Instead, let us use the situation as an opportunity to practice consciously disengaging from the judgmental  mindset. When we can see the ego as an ally instead of an adversary, we learn to use its tools and mindset, not to judge or condemn, but to trigger in us a call to awaken. In doing so, we reverse the thinking of the ego’s world by offering appreciation for everyone and all. By appreciating everyone and all, we are in essence thanking our Creator and acknowledging that He loves and cares for us. This mindset helps grow and reinforce our sense of self-worth and that we are worthy of God’s Love. This sense of self-worth then expands to the understanding that, being all One, we are all equally worthy of God’s Love. Knowing this makes us want to be and act as God is which then further expands our sense of Oneness, that we are all equally worthy. Being all One, all others are in essence parts of you. When you love and respect others, you are in essence loving and respecting more parts of yourself. Now where judgment, anger, pain and suffering once stood, now compassion, appreciation, peace and understanding take their place. What the ego’s world once used to put us down now we use to lift us up.

Today, through our example, let us show others that no matter what they say or do, they are forever worthy of God’s Love. As we do so, we help birth in them a sense of hope and by doing so, bring light to where once only darkness reigned.

We have been programmed to look at others through the prism of the ego’s judgment-centered mindset and thus to see them as unworthy. This is done to serve the ego. The ego fueled by our judgments tries to separate us from each other and thus from God. What the ego tries to hide from us is Oneness. It does this because if we saw ourselves as One we would note that judging others as unworthy would in essence just be judging yourself as unworthy. Being all One when we through our judgments think of others as less than we create within us that same sense of a lack of self-worth. When we acknowledge we all have unique missions on this planet we begin to see the gifts that each one of us has to offer. This increases our sense of self-worth. Today, let us no longer allow the ego’s programs to dictate the way we look at others. Instead, let us recall who in truth we are, God’s creations, all forever worthy of His gifts. If God sees all His creations as forever worthy why would we ever want to try to think unlike God? Today, if we find ourselves in the ego judgment-filled pit let us use this self-awareness to trigger in us the desire to once again align with the Mind of God. By doing so we will lift ourselves out of the darkness and become symbols of the awaken self, of the Light within us all. Recall that as God’s creation you are forever worthy of the world you want. Think of yourself as unworthy and that is the world that you will create, value, look upon, experience, support and share. Think of yourself as worthy and you will open yourself up to seeing and experiencing all of God’s gifts. Today use your free will to begin to think of and create the world you want and that as God’s child the world that you are forever worthy of.

Today, let us practice shifting our focus from thoughts of lack and condemnation to thoughts of self-worth and appreciation. Appreciation is an expression of Love, who is our Creator. When we practice aligning with the mindset of gratitude, we begin to see and feel how natural and right this state of mind feels. The more right and natural it feels, the more worthy you will think yourself to be of it. A person’s true worth is God’s inheritance. It is changeless in nature and thus neither we nor anyone else can add to it or subtract from it. We cannot change the eternal truth of God’s creations. A person’s may, through free will, showcase or hide their worth yet that does not make their worth any more or less perfect, changeless and eternal. No one should need to prove their worth to you nor should you need to prove your worth to others. Being God’s gift to us no one ever needs justify their worth to themselves, others or God. Today, when the ego tries to have us condemn ourselves let us reclaim our worth by saying to ourselves: “Thank you God for creating me. As Your creation my worth is perfect. It was gifted to me by You in my creation. It is unchanged by time and unadulterated by the ego’s fairy tales, deceptions and delusions. Being all One today I end all condemnations of ‘others’ and by doing so begin through appreciation healing my Whole-Self. I now recall that neither I, nor anyone else can ever add to nor take away from what You have gifted me, my perfect worth. Today, I acknowledge that being all One anything that is given to one is given to all. I now know that to experience my all-encompassing worth I must be willing to see it in all others.

Today, remember that no one can change or diminish what God created as perfect and whole. You forever are God’s perfect creation and, being all One, so too is everyone else. Today, offer all others appreciation, not condemnation, for helping you recall, practice and reinforce the nature of your perfect worth. The more you reinforce your perfect worth, the more natural this way of thinking and being will become. The more you see yourself as worthy, the more this belief will overflow and radiate from you and out to all those God sends your way. The more you see and acknowledge others as worthy, the more aspects of yourself you will learn to love. This will help you better appreciate your whole self. The greater understanding and appreciation you have for your whole self, the less you will judge and condemn yourself.

All glory to God.

Peace, Health, Happiness, Love, Laughter, and Light.
