video of James reading with commentary |
How many times in our life have we woken up with the distinct goal of dedicating our day to gratitude? Does this not sound like a useful, healing opportunity and path? In this time of Thanksgiving, let us dedicate this day to gratitude. In every moment that we can remember to do so, let our goal be to make gratitude our constant companion. Imagine how our mindset and day would shift to a more joyous and peaceful state if we began to make gratitude our constant companion. Let us not judge situations, ourself or others and keep asking “why” or “why me” as the ego has programmed us to do. Instead, let us trust in the sacred nature of the journey that we have co-created with God. To do so, let us teach ourself to reply to each moment and interaction by saying, “Thank you.”
What if “Thank you” now became our go to response to every moment, person and interaction that was presented to us? Truly what do we have to lose by taking control of our own thoughts and aligning them with the Mind of God. Gratitude is an expression of the Love that God is. Anytime we are being grateful we are aligning with the Mind of God, with our natural state of mind. Today, before every interaction let us remind ourselves that above all else gratitude is our goal. Today, if the ego insist on using of judgment, worry and stress we consciously and gently set them all aside. Then we recall our goal for the day, to trust in the Divine co-design. This knowledge that all is and will work for the good will begin to fill our lives with gratitude. God being Love only has His creations best interest in mind. Every moment is here to help us reach a deeper level of self-awareness and a higher level of consciousness.
If we made a conscious effort to represent gratitude what would our days and lives begin to look like? What kind of example would we begin to set for our children? What kind of hope would we begin to bring to those still lost within the ego’s judgment centric mindset? Even and especially when we seem to be going through dark and difficult times we can gently choose once again. We can choose trust instead of fear and in doing so begin to walk hand in hand with gratitude. Have we not obtained some of our greatest wisdom from our so-called difficult and trying times? Have we not walk through and out of the ego’s dark tunnels enough times to realize that there is indeed a light at the end of each tunnel? Have such difficult times not played there part in making us into more mature, healthy, peaceful and joyful beings? Have we not sulked in our own tears enough to realize that still the sun keeps on shining. Today note that the more we place our trust in God the more peace we seem to experience? Today, let us honor our “whole” life experience. That life experience that the ego has had us spend so much of our time judging self and others. Let us today thank your life experience for helping us become wiser teachers to those who are still lost, confused and buying into the ego’s lies as true. Take a look at your patterns. Learn from your so-called errors. As you do so you will become a more complete, loving and compassionate human being. As you do so note to yourself that you have the free will to shift from fear to trust, from pain to peace and thus from asking “why” or “why me” and to simply saying “Thank you”.
Today, let us increase our time spent in the state of gratitude. By doing so, we also reduce the time spent questioning and judging ourselves and our experience. Today, let us simply trust and say “thank you.” Thank you for the opportunity to practice seeing everyone, everything and all with gratitude, through Love’s lens. What a gift we are about to offer ourselves. What a gift it is to truly trust in our Creator and the plan He has co-created with us, instead of the ego’s petty little fear-based mindset. The ego’s fear-based mindset only burdens us with doubt, anxiousness, uncertainty, anger, resentment and regret. Are we, as God’s creations, not worthy of more than the ego’s delusions? Of course we are. We are all God’s children, all forever worthy of His Love-filled inheritance. Gratitude, as an expression of Love, is just one of the many treasures of God’s inheritance. Today, by choosing to represent gratitude, we accept and begin to enjoy and share our inheritance. Imagine what a gift this attitude of gratitude could become to our future generations. Let us model this behavior and become living physical examples of the gift and possibility of gratitude in everyday life. Imagine our children learning through our example to be grateful for not only the “good times” but also for the so-called “bad times”. All we need do is teach them the truth. The truth being that God is Love and thus uses all for the greater good, all to help us heal, grow and awaken. We are not being ask to become gratitude and joy robots. It is always ok to feel your feelings. But also let us note that we are not reading this message by chance. If you are reading this then you have volunteered to awaken to your true nature. Being Love’s representative of gratitude is who in truth you are and have come here to be and share.
It may seem that we are being asked to try out a very small shift in our attitude and mindset. Yet if we truly realize the transformational power of gratitude, it would change our life forever. We can control our thoughts, but many times, we are not really in control. The ego, through judgment, tries to place itself in opposition to Love, who is God and All. But in truth, there cannot be an opposition to All. Thus judgment of self and others is a sign that the ego’s delusional mindset is in control of our thinking. Today, let us no longer buy into the ego’s lies as true. In doing so, we start taking back control of our own mind. Gratitude, as an expression of Love, is a part of who we are in truth. Gratitude is a sign of one who is in alignment with the mind of God. Gratitude shows that the truth in us is back in control of our mind and thus of our life.
All glory to God.
Peace, Health, Happiness, Love, Laughter, and Light.

Thank You James. What a great message. I was recently reading while doing a meditation. I was led to read in the bible, John 4:23.
“But the hour cometh, and now is, when the true worshippers shall worship the Father in spirit and in truth, for the Father seeketh such to worship Him.”
the word ‘worship’ threw me. I asked the Divine how do we worship something we don’t see?
I was told, “Gratitude…find the good. The Father is a part of “all that is”. A oneness. In All. A part of All. Connection with All That Is….There is always something to be thankful for…..”
I found it enlightening. Worship show thru gratitude.
Thanks again James. Blessings.
Thank you Sue for being open to the message.
Consciously aligning with, being and sharing any of Love’s numerous expressions such as those of gratitude, compassion, forgiveness, peace and joy, these are all forms of worshipping God, of being who God created you to be.
All glory to God.

Thank you El for being open to the message.
Let us recall that it is we who should be controlling the thoughts we think, and that our thoughts should not be controlling us.
When we are in control, being Love’s creations, our thoughts are forgiving, loving and understanding.
When the ego, our unhealed thoughts, are in control, judgment, anger and resentment result.
Today, let us recall that we have free will and thus can, in any moment take back control of our own thinking. Then let us consciously align our thoughts with Love and allow love to radiate from us unto all those we think of and meet.
