Daily Inspiration: November 28. Self-Judgment and Anxiety
Love is who God is and His inheritance. His inheritance, as His children, is ours to have, experience, enjoy and share. Yet, we must first accept and appreciate our inheritance, before we make it fully ours. Love is not some fabricated narrow pathway with borders that separate those that are worthy of It from those who do not believe in their worth, no, Love is All and includes all. When we don’t accept and appreciate ourselves exactly as we are, exactly where we are in our growth process, and in the journey that we have co-created with God, then we are resisting our inheritance, by denying to love our whole-self. Loving some parts of ourselves, while withholding love from other parts, is a clear sign that we are stuck in the ego’s mindset of separation, unworthiness and duality. It is in such a mindset, where you are programmed to believe that there is an opposite to God’s Love. It is here, within this darken mindset, ‘seemingly apart’ from The Light, where illusionary concepts such as those of judgment and anxiety, take hold. Dredge the darkness as long as you think you must, but because your true essence is The Light, there is nothing within the darkness that will ever truly fulfill you. Do not despair, you are not in eternal damnation, sooner or later you will realize that the darkness has nothing of real value to offer you, and it is then that you will begin your search for The Light. Let us today choose to no longer put ourselves or others down for living in the darkness, instead, let us figure out how we can best live as One as we play within duality. In Oneness, there exist no duality, no opposite to All, thus every single part of you is known as having a sacred purpose and place in God’s creation. Those exact same parts of you, that the ego is now having you judge and feel anxious about, when viewed through Oneness, are understood as having a sacred and higher purpose. Those parts of you where a lack of light seems to be present, simply represents the symbols of your belief in duality. You have come here to overcome the false concept of duality, heal, and then help others overcome and heal those parts of themselves, that they have yet to fully appreciate, love and understand. Today, let us recall, that it is only when we don’t fully appreciate, love and understand, the gifts that God has given us, that we can actually feel judgmental and anxious.
In this time of Thanksgiving let us practice being grateful, to all those parts of ourselves, that we have been programmed by the ego, to continually put down for not being so-called perfect. For example, when we are judging ourselves or anxious, we have been programmed to believe that we are experiencing those states of mind, because we are not strong, spiritual, wise, worthy or good enough. Then we are taught by the ego to punish ourselves for feeling bad, for feeling just like the ego has taught us that we should feel. Let us remember, that the ego, being illusionary in nature, is always trying to convince us that the opposite of Truth is real. In reality, it is exactly in those areas of our lives, in those dark corners within our minds, where our light needs to focus on and shine. Our light shines into those dark corners when we start loving, being grateful and appreciative, for every part of our journey, and thus for every part of ourselves. There is, because God is Love and All, a special and sacred part, that every part of us, is here to play. The more we become grateful for every step of our journey, the better we begin to understand and have appreciation for, our Whole-Self. By understanding the usefulness of every step along our path, we heal that previous misperception, and then become self-aware enough to teach others how to heal their own suffering and pain. The less suffering and pain there exist in this world, the more peaceful and joyful our whole-self will be. It is by seeing this sacred circle, of misperception, understanding, healing and helping others heal, that we begin to realize the beauty and necessity of not just some parts of us and our journeys, but of all parts of us, and all of our journeys. It will be when we make peace and have appreciation for those areas of our lives that we once judged and were anxious about, that our union with our Creator will begin to be reflected upon this world. Being judgmental or anxious, does not mean that we are bad or not spiritual, it is simply a symbol of who and where we are at that moment in our journey. Who and where we are, because we have co-created our journeys with God, is always the perfect person and place we need to be, for our greatest growth, healing and awakening. The recognition of this, will bring about a sense of gratitude and peace.
Today, let us make a conscious decision, to no longer view self-judgment and anxiety through the ego’s lens. Instead, let us use the Merciful and Graceful Vision of God, come from a place of Love, and begin to see judgment and anxiousness as just sacred steps on our sacred path. When we view the world through Love’s lens, everything is useful, helpful and healing. When we view the world through Love’s lens, gratitude and peace becomes our natural responses, to everything we experience and to everyone we meet. Today, by viewing self-judgment and anxiety through Love’s lens, they now become our aides, and not our adversaries. They now help guide us out of the state of confusion to one of clarity, out of self-judgment to one of forgiveness and understanding, and out of anxiety to one of peace mind and joy. Today, let us show appreciation, not only for those moments when we are consciously aligned with the Love that is our truth, but also for those moments that are helping us recall, that where ever we are in our journey, is perfect for us. Is it not a gift to be able to recognize, that no matter what you are going through, that such a moment is really here, being offered to you, to help you grow, heal and awaken? Would you not be grateful to those people who were a part of a process, that helped you see programs such as judgment and anxiety, not as things to curse yourself and others for, but as a way to better understand and overcome the illusionary nature of your darkness and despair. Would you not be appreciative of those who helped you awaken from your sleep, so that you may once again represent the light on Earth, that you came here to be. Today, let us acknowledge, that all self-judgment and anxiety are doing, is helping us better understand the illusionary nature of some of the beliefs we still hold, but no longer need to support, as true. Then, thanks to this understanding and self-awareness, let us help others recall, that they too can let go of their illusions, and return to viewing this world through Love’s lens, where they can now see only their Truth as true.
Today, if self judgment and anxiety pops into your mind, wanting once again to run and ruin your day, make the conscious decision to not despair, nor judge or put yourself or others down for the way you feel. Instead, simply and gently, thank such thoughts for visiting, but share with them, that today you will not be entertaining them. Share with them, that today you will not be spending any of your time, focus and energy on them. With love, let them go, knowing that every step of the sacred path that you have co-created with God, will be used by God for good, to help you and those around you grow, heal and awaken. If after it is all said and done, everything is used by God for good, what need would you ever again have to judge yourself, another, or to be anxious? If all is used for by God for good, would the proper response to everything and everyone not be that of gratitude and peace? As Love’s creation, you are forever worthy of His inheritance, and the states of gratitude and peace are just two of His many treasures. Accept this truth as true, and watch all judgments and anxiety begin to dissolve before your light and understanding.
