Today, let us practice becoming more consciously aware of when the ego is thinking for us. When the ego is thinking for us, we are basically in an unconscious state. When we are in this unconscious state, the ego, having rule over our minds, is thinking for us, and thus is, in essence, living our lives for us. When we are using fear-based thoughts, let this be a signal to us, that we are allowing the ego to think for us. Fear-based thoughts, are the ego’s fuel source. The ego has programmed us to believe that fear-based thoughts and thinking, such as anxiousness, anger and resentment, are normal and natural behaviors. Through the fear-based mindset, the ego has programmed us to see each other as separate beings. It does this so that you can think that you can judge and punish others without those judgments having any type of negative effect on you. Yet, if we are here, reading this message, then we have come to a place in our awakening process where we are starting to see and understand, the sameness in all of us, that we are not separate, that we are all One. Within Oneness, what we do to or think of others, can either hurt or heal us, poison us or bring us peace. Today, if you feel like you are unconsciously poisoning yourself, do not despair. Simply practice catching yourself quicker and quicker when in this state of mind. Remind yourself that you have free will, you can choose to align with love and thus begin to heal yourself. You will notice when you are healing, when thoughts of anger and condemnation, are changed into forgiving and compassionate thoughts. When you shift your mindset to align with Love, you learn to use the ego and its thoughts, as an ally in your awakening process. Now, we use the ego’s thoughts, to trigger in us, the need to awaken. Now, we are beginning to shine a light, where once only shadows stood.
Imagine being able to use all the ego tools, such as judgment, anxiousness, frustration, anger, resentment, hate and revenge, not to spread them around to all we come in contact with, like a virus, but instead as a healing device, a trigger mechanism, to help us awaken from the unconscious state. Doing so will begin to show us that there indeed is a better, more loving, peaceful, forgiving and compassionate way to see and interact with each other. Imagine having less and less so-called bad days, simply because we made a conscious decision to take back control of our own thinking. When we align our minds with loving thoughts, we are aligning with Love who is our Creator, and thus are in our natural state, being who we were created to be. Today, as soon as we catch ourselves using the ego’s tools, we without judgment, simply recognize them as the helpful signals that they are. They are simply, a request from the Universe, to take back control of our own minds, and return our focus to God, to Love. The quicker we learn to catch ourselves when we are out of alignment with our true loving nature, the less time we will spend in a fear based environment. By doing so, we will spend more time in a loving, compassionate, peaceful, forgiving and joyful state of mind. Today, let us choose not feed the ego through our judgments of self and others. Instead, let us thank it, for all those times that it helped us practice, leaving it, and returning to our true Source. Let us also be grateful, to all those people who help us practice, through their behavior and our reactions to that behavior, going from an unconscious to a conscious state. Today, let us replace our judgments with gratitude, and by doing so, begin to build, the foundation of the world we want.
Today, we will know when we have taken back control of our minds from the ego when we are using the ego and its tools, not to create more pain, but to bring us, and those around us, peace. Today, when the ego demands judgment, we now simply use it as a signal, to take back control of our minds by offering forgiveness. Doing the opposite of what the ego demands is always a sign of one who is in control of his or her mind. When the ego demands we condemn, we will stop, and take it as an indicator to show greater compassion. When the ego tries to put us or others down, we will stop, and see that as a request to express greater love and acceptance. Imagine how much more compassion, peace, forgiveness, love and joy will fill our days when we consciously start using the ego’s mindset, not to make ourselves feel bad, but to help raise the level of consciousness on this planet. When we align with Love’s energies and expressions, we will radiate them from within, unto all those who are placed upon our path. Imagine now becoming a beacon of this type of light filled energy. Today, let us make sure to be grateful, not judgmental, to everything and everyone who has in their own ways helped us travel from unconsciousness to consciousness. Now, thanks to our brothers and sisters participation in our experience, we know when it is we or the ego, who is thinking, and thus who is living our lives. Now, we can use even the so-called bad, for good, the so-called nightmare, to help us awaken. Today, let us consciously practice becoming an awaken being, a representative of our Creator, of Love on Earth.
Today, let us recall that our minds belong aligned with our Loving Source. If we are not experiencing Love or its expressions, then let that be a signal to us that it is the ego, and not us, who is in control of our thinking. If the ego is in control of our thinking, then it is in control of our lives. But today, let us not condemn the ego for this behavior, instead let us thank it, for it is showing us where we need to take greater personal responsibility for the thoughts we are thinking, and thus for the lives we are living. The more conscious control we have over the thoughts we think, the more aligned to the energy of Love our thoughts will be, and thus the brighter beacon of Light, we will become. The more we get to practice taking our thinking and thus minds, back from the ego, the more natural this behavior will become, and thus the less time we will end up spending, in an unconscious and fear based state of mind.
