Daily Inspiration: September 1. Being a Conduit for Peace in Your Workplace
The ego has programmed us to believe, that our experience in our workplace environment, is a cumulative result of those who are in it. If we have bought into this programing as true, our attitude goes up and down depending on how others around us are acting. Today, let us stop giving our power away to the ego’s programming, to the outer world, by taking personal responsibility for our attitude. It is we who make the ultimate decision, and have the final say, over what thoughts we think, and thus over the attitude we take. If you desire to experience more peace in your workplace, then consciously choose to become a conduit of peace, radiate peace, and see all others through the lens of peace. Today, let us make the conscious decision to become the examples of what we desire to experience. Today, let us remember that it is not what others say or do that affects us, it is how we choose to interpret and react to, what others say or do, that affects us. It is we who choose our attitude, thus it is we who have final say over how we see, experience and participate in our environment. You have been gifted by God free will, thus you are always free to think about, and support, through the time, focus and energy that you place on those thoughts, what kind of energetic environment you will be surrounded in and embraced by. Your attitude is your armor. There is nothing that anyone else, can say or do, that can affect you, unless you give what they say or do, a power it does not have. Your truth is not made unsteady by illusionary concepts. Simply remember that you are God’s creation, that God is Love and All, and that there can be no opposition to All. Thus, anything anyone would ever say about you, that is not loving in nature, is not true, not real, an illusion, nothing.
What if we started to use all that time, focus and energy, that we have spent trying to change our external environment and those in it, to instead change our internal environment, and heal our own minds? If our internal environment or minds would change, would not the way we view, experience and participate in our external environment, also change? Does it not seem more logical, easier and productive, to work on changing our own minds instead of the whole world, ourselves instead of everyone else? On one hand you can heal yourself, and thus view everyone that you interact with, through this healed filter, or otherwise, you can work on and probably emotionally end up completely drained trying to heal everyone else, one by one, dozens after dozens of people, until everyone else is healed or has run away from you. God has given you free will, does it not make sense to try to think in alignment with the Mind of God. Let us align with the mind of God, by allowing others the freedom they personally need to, yes sometimes fall and fail, but also to the space to grow, heal and awaken. Today, let us remember, that we have each co-created our journey with God, and so where we are now, our workplace, is where we are needed. It is in our current workplace, where we can now best practice healing ourselves, and through our example, help those around us. Let us trust this, that where we are right now is exactly where He needs us, find peace in this knowledge, and get to work on healing ourselves.
Today, let us practice, consciously shifting the time, focus and energy, that we are using to judge and blame others for how we feel, and instead use it to understand that these situations, are offering us the opportunities to look at our own internal dialogue, and thus how we are shaping our attitude. These opportunities are being offer to us by the Universe, to help us practice taking greater responsibility for the lives that we are experiencing. The Universe is asking us to once again consciously align with God, with our eternal loving essence, and share this compassionate, forgiving and peaceful mindset, with those that we have been sent to. The Universe is offering us, the opportunities to drop the ego judgment-centered mindset, and show those who have given their power of perception away, that the possibility to align with the Mind of God, with the states of compassion, forgiveness, peace and understanding, are always just a choice away. When we make the conscious choice to align with the Mind of God, and think like Love thinks, does experiencing peace in the workplace not seem like a much more probable scenario? Today, let us see how many of our co-workers we can make smile, laugh, or in any small way feel better about themselves, simply by being the love that God created us to be. Let us notice how our simple conscious shift in our attitude, helps us not only shape our internal environment, our minds, but also our external environment, the workplace. The more small but noticeable daily victories we achieve, see, feel, experience and participate in, the more we will realize, that it is truly the attitude we choose to take, through the thoughts we think, that shapes our environment.
Today, when we find ourselves buying into and supporting a judgmental, negative or chaotic mindset within the workplace, let us not put ourselves or others down for this, instead let us use it as our own personal call to action, to practice taking back control of the thoughts we think, and thus of the life that we are creating. Doing so, helps remind us, that it is we, not anything or anyone in the external environment, who has control over the thoughts we think. Consciously taking back control of our thoughts, shows us that it is we who ultimately have control over our minds and attitude, and thus of how we choose to live and participate in our lives. The workplace environment can many times be a great training platform for an exercise such as this one. Today, we make no excuses, if our attitude is not in alignment with the Mind of God, with a peaceful, forgiving, compassionate, joyful and understanding state of mind, we no longer blame the outer world for this, instead we take this as a personal challenge to shift and heal our own thoughts, take back control of our own minds, and bring ourselves mentally and emotional back into alignment, with our true loving nature.
