Daily Inspiration: September 1. Being a Conduit for Peace in Your Workplace

The ego has programmed us to believe that our experience in our workplace is predominantly impacted by the people who are in it. If we have bought into this programming, our attitude goes up and down depending on how the people around us are acting. Today, let us stop giving our power away to the ego’s programming and to the outer world. Let us take our power back by accepting personal responsibility for our attitude, for how we choose to define our experience. We have the final choice about what thoughts we support, and thus the attitude we take. If you desire to experience more peace in your workplace, then through your attitude, become a conduit of peace, and radiate peace. Make the conscious choice to see everyone through the lens of peace. Let us today become an example of what we ourselves desire to experience. It is not what others say or do that affects us. It is how we choose to interpret and react to, what others say or do, that affects us. It is we who though the thoughts we think choose our attitude. It is we who have final say over how we see, define, experience and participate in, our environment. We have been gifted by God free will. It we who can choose to dedicate our time, focus and energy to supporting the thoughts that will support the type of life we want. We can indeed create an environment of our choice. Your attitude is your armor. There is nothing anyone else can say or do that can affect you, unless you give what they say or do a power it does not naturally have. God is Love and All, thus Love is your truth, power and foundation. Peace as an expression of Love is your natural state of mind. There are no opposites to God, Love, All, thus there can in truth be no opposite to the state of peace. The opposite to the state of peace must then therefore be simply a delusion that we have been programmed by the ego to believe as real.

Let us no longer waste our time, focus and energy trying to change our external environment and those in it. Let us instead focus on changing our internal environment, and in doing so heal our own minds. Once we change our internal environment or minds, the way we view, experience and participate in our external environment will also change. Does it not seem more logical, easier and more productive, to work on changing our own minds instead of trying to change the whole world? Would it not be easier to change ourselves instead of everyone else? On one hand we can heal ourselves, and thus view everyone who we interact with, through the lens of a healed mind. On the other hand we can also destroy ourselves by trying heal everyone else, one after another in a never ending downward spiral. God has given us free-will, would it not make sense to try to act in alignment with the Mind of God by freeing others from our own judgments? Let us align with the Mind of God by allowing others the freedom they need to trip, fall and fail, but also the space they deserve to grow, heal and awaken. We have each co-designed our journeys with God, with Perfection, and thus no matter what the ego says, our journeys are perfect for us. If our workplace is where we are now needed then let us be glad and appreciative of the Divine for placing us there. It is in our current workplace where we can now best practice healing ourselves. By healing ourselves we can then serve as an example to those around us that are in pain. Today, let us simply trust that where we are right now is exactly where we are needed. The more we trust this and get to work on healing ourselves, the brighter beacon of peace we can become for others.

Today, let us stop sacrificing our time, focus and energy blaming others for how we feel. Let us instead learn to use our challenging situations to take a closer look at our own internal dialogue. The greater control we have over our internal dialogue, the more control we have over our attitude. Let us now see such times as opportunities that are being offer to us by the Universe to help us practice taking greater personal responsibility for the lives we are living. Now, let us use such times to consciously align with the Mind of God. We will know when our minds are aligned because love, compassion, forgiveness and peace, will guide our experience. As we do so we will help show those who have given their power of perception away to the ego, that the possibility to align with the Mind of God is still available to them. Today, let us try to think as God thinks. Let us keep asking ourselves: “What would Love do now?” When we learn to do so, will the state of peace not play a larger role in our workplace? Today, let us see how many of our co-workers we can make smile, laugh, or in any small way feel better about themselves. We do so by simply being, in every interaction, the love that God created us to be. Let us notice how this simple shift in our thinking helps color our attitude. As we realign our internal dialogue, our minds, we also help redesign our external environment, the workplace. Let us now begin to notice the small but noticeable daily victories we achieve over our past judgment-centered programs. Just this simple shift in perception will help us begin to see that it is truly the attitude we choose to take in every interaction, through the thoughts we think, that shapes our environment and experience.

Today, let us practice taking back control of the thoughts we think, and thus of our attitude in our workplace. Doing so helps remind us that it is we, and not anything or anyone in the external environment, who has power over us. It is we who should be in control of our minds and attitude. Once we control our attitude, we control how we choose to participate in this world. Today, our workplace environment will provide us the opportunities new need to retrain our minds to think in alignment with the Mind of God. Today, let us stop making excuses if our attitude is not in alignment with the Mind of God, with our loving nature. Let us no longer blame the outer world for our internal dialogue. Let us instead learn to choose, control and heal our own thoughts, bring peace to our own minds, so that we can then become a beacon of peace for others.

Thank you so much for today’s message. I am the manager of a department of 5 very strong minded women. Lately there have been so many personality clashes and arguing thus adversely affecting the productivity of the department. For the the past few days, I have been contemplating how to handle the situation, after trying many strategies. I now understand from the reading I first need to change my perception. A healed mind will bring peace to any situation. Thank you, thank you…as always this message is right on time!

Thank you D for being open to the message.

Indeed bring peace to your own mind first, and you will begin to see and experience a more peaceful world. Then offer to all you interact with what you yourself would like to experience.

Become the light within the darkness, so that those who are finding it too dark to see, may also find their way to the state of peace.

Peace. JBC

Thank you! For your insights today, and for the presence you make in the world. You make a difference. I am glad our paths crossed, if only electronically and through your book. May you have the strength to continue, and your light continue to shine.

Thank you William for your kind words and for being open to the message.

Let us practice seeing only the Light in our brothers and sisters, and overlook or forgive anything illusionary about them that our ego’s try to convince us is more real or greater than their eternal loving nature.

Let us remember that we are all One, and thus when we practice seeing the Light in “others”, this only reinforces and strengthens our own loving light and connection to our Source.

All glory to God.

Thank you for being part of God’s precise timing.
Today, was the 1st day in 5wks at my new job, where I allowed my low Immunity, get me down, and so in a customer service job, there I was scolding, sour facing customer and even answering back to my boss. On reflection, I am saddened by this ego driven behavior, so reading this is exactly what my Spirit needed.
I will continue on healing my mind, with peaceful and loving thoughts, and of course some rest for this cough
Blessings to you

Thank you Tracy for your comment and for being member of our community.

Thanks to God’s mercy and grace, every moment allows us to begin anew.

Before any interaction, stop for a moment and remind yourself:
“God is entrusting His child to me”.

Then say to our Source:
“God, I am so honored that You trust me enough to bring peace, love and understanding, to your child. Thank you God for this opportunity to serve them, and by serving them serve You. God, please give me the fortitude, vitality and wisdom, to help enlighten me, in order to help guide your child back into your loving arms. Today, following your Loving lead, I forgive all those that the ego would have me judge, and I make it a point to love all those that the ego would insist are unlovable. Today, by serving others, I unite with You. Thank you God for this opportunity, I shall not fail them or You.”

Peace. JBC

I love you so much. I often feel that you are reframing the words that I already know. I am glad we are walking together hand in hand in the here and now.
May God Bless.
Satwant

Thank you Satwant for your kind words.

Being all One, what One knows all know.

May you continue to align with your loving nature so that you may assist those in the darkness recall the eternal light within them.

Peace. JBC

This post is timely for me because I work with two others that I view as very negative toward me. I let my view of their behavior toward me affect my attitude. I treat them back as coldly as they treat me in my eyes. I let them get the best of my nerves and my emotions. This post is making it clear that I am to respond with love and not with the judgement or hate that I feel they are projecting toward me. I need to remain my loving, non-judgemental self regardless. Thank you for reiterating this to me.

Thank you Jill for your comment and for being open to the message.

We are all One, when you withhold peace and love from “another,” you are withholding peace and love from yourself.

Offer only peace, love, forgiveness, kindness and compassion to others throughout your day, and it will be these energies, feelings and emotions, that you will have flowing through you and throughout your day.

When you think negative thoughts towards others, this only poisons you.

When you think forgiving and loving thoughts towards others, this blesses not only them but also blesses, heals and nourishes you.

All glory to God.

Peace. JBC
