Daily Inspiration: April 10. Letting Go Of Unloving Thoughts

If you are currently grappling with or holding onto unloving thoughts of yourself or others, today place your criticisms aside, and recall that such a moment is being offered to you, to help you practice recalling, that it is you who should have control over your thoughts, that your thoughts should not be controlling you. Today, instead of fueling the flames of anger, resentment and revenge, let us take these instances as opportunities to practice taking back control of our own thoughts, and thus of our own minds. No longer, need we put ourselves down for thinking unloving thoughts, instead let us see such instances, as opportunities that we get, to practice taking greater control of our minds, and by doing so, taking greater control of our lives. Now, the unloving thoughts that we once saw as heavy burdens of an unawakened mind, we can now acknowledge, as simply tools that are helping us once again unite with God’s love, mercy and peace. Ask yourself, what is the person that you are judging really doing? Are they not actually helping you see, through your interaction with them, a physical picture of your internal condition, of your thoughts and beliefs? If they are helping you see, that what you are holding unto, is separating you from the love, mercy and peace of God, then would gratitude not be the appropriate response to them, for helping you recall that you belong aligned with God? Are they not, by helping you see what you are holding unto and carry within, assisting you in freeing yourself from thoughts that you no longer want? You are God’s, Love’s creation, all that in truth belongs within you is the Love that God is. Today, choose not to hold unto or within you anything that is not love, and remember to be appreciative to your brothers and sisters for their assistance in this effort.

Today, when the ego is once again trying to convince you that an unloving thought is the proper response to one of God’s creations, stop the ego’s programmed response, and instead, close your eyes, take a deep breath in, and allow God’s love, mercy and peace, to enter and flow through you. Then offer this same love, mercy and peace, to all brothers and sisters who cross your mind. Notice, that because we are all One, that the thoughts you think of them, you get to experience yourself. What a relief it is, when we recall, that is we who are in control of our thinking, and that it is we who can stop or break free from all unloving thoughts that the ego uses to chain us to it’s mindset and world. Continue to practice choosing loving over unloving thoughts throughout your day, until you have taken back full control of your mind. You will know when you are once again in control of your mind, because thoughts of love, mercy and peace, results. Equally so, when you are in any situation, with anyone, and you lack love, mercy and peace, then let that be a reminder to you, that you are not truly in control of your thoughts and mind, that your ego is. How grateful would you be to anyone in your physical presence, that is consciously or not, dedicating themselves, to helping you take back control of your own mind? Would you not see them now, as a partner in your growth, healing, and awakening? Is that not what, each and every brother or sister that you have judge, or had an unloving thought of, is helping you do? They are helping you see, through your judgments and unloving thoughts of them, when the truth in you is not in control of your own thinking. The more you get to practice noticing when the truth in you is not in control of your thinking, the less time you will spend out of control, in the states of confusion and chaos, and as a slave to the ego’s mindset and world.

Today, let us remember that it is we, in every moment, who choose the thoughts that we experience. They can be loving thoughts, filled with love, mercy and peace, or they can be unloving thoughts of anger, resentment, and revenge. The final choice, thanks to free will, is ours and ours alone. When we offer loving and forgiving thoughts, because we are all One, we feel blessed and at peace. When we offer unloving and judgmental thoughts, we will only be punishing and poisoning ourselves. Today, let us also recall, that as God’s creations, we are indeed worthy of feeling blessed and at peace, and thus let us consciously choose and offer the thoughts, that will lead us to and support, this state of mind. Who in your life, are you not at peace with? Who is your life, have you not forgiven? Who in your life, is helping you see that you are carrying judgment filled thoughts within you that are only poisoning and punishing you? Who is giving you, through your judgments of them, the opportunities to practice choosing love, mercy and peace? Remember, that those that come into your life to help you practice choosing forgiveness over judgment, compassion over condemnation, and peace over pain, are your teachers. Is someone who is helping you practice taking greater personal responsibility for your own thoughts, not someone who should be thanked and appreciated? Are they not, by helping you take greater control and personal responsibility over the thoughts you think, not also helping you take greater control of your mind, and thus of your life? This is what your brother and sister are helping you do, to let go of who you are not, and start becoming who you truly are and came here to be, an extension, expression and representative, of God, of Love on Earth.

Today, let us be aware, that all and an unloving thought is doing, is helping us see, when we are allowing the ego to be in control of our thinking. If the ego is control our thinking, then it is also in control of our lives. If the ego is in control of our lives, then it is not the truth in us who is living it. Today, let our awareness of unloving thoughts, become the trigger, that calls us to take back control of our minds and lives. Using unloving thoughts in this manner, they now become allies in our awakening process, and not our adversaries. Let us now offer our unloving thoughts gratitude for helping awaken us to who we no longer desire to be.
Let us also be grateful to those individuals who bring up these unloving thoughts to our minds, for helping us see, who we no longer desire to be. Those individuals that we once cursed, are now understood, seen and appreciated, as our assistants on our journey to forgiveness, healing, peace and awakening.
