Daily Inspiration: April 6. A Gift From the Physical World

The physical world is here as a gift to us. Here to physically reflect where we are out of alignment with the loving Mind of God. If you see another person with anything other than love, such as through anger, jealousy or resentment, ask yourself these questions:

1 – Who is the one thinking these thoughts?

2 – Who is the one who ends up holding unto and carrying the emotional baggage of these thoughts?

3 – What is the ‘act’ of carrying these types of thoughts and emotions around day and night doing to me?

4 – Are feeling these emotions, this anger, jealousy and resentment, really worth more to me than my peace of mind and joy?

5 – Are anger, jealousy and resentment, a real part of me, or do they “feel” like I’m carrying around something that does not belong to or in me?

6 – Why should I continue to carry burdens that don’t belong to me?”

7 – Why should I continue to punish myself through my own thoughts?

8 – Is there not another way I can look at this that aligns me with peace and joy, with my loving nature?

9 – Do I think of myself as unworthy of being at peace and joyous?

10 – Can I, by making now the conscious choice to forgive instead of judge, not begin to return to a more peaceful and joyful state of mind?

11 – If I can, through forgiveness, return myself to the states of peace and joy, why don’t I just forgive myself and others more often and more quickly?

12 – Have I not yet realize that if I don’t forgive, it is I who suffers?

13 – Why am I choosing to suffer so much?

14 – When will I look into the mirror and say “enough is enough.”

15 – Peace and joy are both expressions of Love, and Love is my Father. I am not forever worthy of my Father’s inheritance?

Today, let us decide to let go and release thoughts and emotions that we carry that no longer serve our growth, healing, nor are in alignment with the Love that is our true nature. One of the main tools that God offers us to help us do so is forgiveness. The ego may have programmed you to think that “there is no way I can or will forgive person x or y or even forgive myself.” But then ask yourself: “What kind of return on my investment in judgment of self and others, on anger, jealousy and resentment has the ego’s mindset ever offered me?” “How much more time, focus and energy must I continue to invest in the ego’s false concepts, direction, and diving deeper into its dark endless pit, before I see that peace of mind and joy are not there?” The ego, being illusionary in nature, has nothing of real value to offer you. Sure, maybe for a moment, a temporal sense of peace or joy may be felt as your thoughts, emotions and pain, gets projected onto others. They may be projected unto others, but they also never leave their source, and the source of your thoughts is always you. Thankfully, we have come to a place in our own self-awareness, were we are starting to see how much real control we have over the thoughts we think. Today, let us start using forgiveness, the tool that God has given us, to start taking back control of our own thoughts, emotions and lives. Forgiveness as an expression of Love, of God, is who in truth you are. Therefore, no matter how hard forgiveness seems to be, remember that there is nothing truly easier than being who in truth you are.

Today, in order to receive the opposite of what the ego’s mindset has burden us with, let us do the opposite of what it demands. Instead of judging ourselves and others, we will take that opportunity to offer forgiveness and gratitude. We offer forgiveness, because we know that if judgment imprisons us within our own heart and minds, then its opposite, forgiveness must be the key that sets us free. If we still can’t find it in ourselves to forgive self or others, then we will hand all our hurt, suffering and pain, over to God. Let us then visualize and feel such heavy and pain-filled emotions lifting from us, as they dissolve before His light, love, mercy and understanding. Now, instead of carrying these judgments, anger, jealousy and resentment, within us, we will offer God our gratitude, for lifting our burdens. Let us also thank our brothers and sisters for helping us better see and understand, that our investment in the ego’s mindset is no longer worth it. Understanding this, let us no longer sacrifice our lives to judgment, anger, jealousy or resentment. Now we forgive, and if not feeling strong enough to do so, we hand our pain over to The Light, to Love, to God, and ask and allow Him forgive for us. We may need to practice doing this many times, but the more we do so, the more we will understand the totality and wisdom of God’s mercy. We will in essence be allowing Love to lead us. As we choose to align with the Mind of God, we will begin to see how in every moment, peace of mind, joy and understanding, are available to us. By seeing each moment as it truly is, we begin to recognize the gift that each and every moment of our life truly is.

Today, let us recognize, that the physical world is here, to help us project unto it, the false concepts that still remain hidden within our hearts and minds. This helps us better see and understand what is separating us from the Love that is our true nature. Love is who we are, came here to be and represent. The physical world shows us when we are in or out of alignment with our loving nature. The more quickly we can recognize when we are out of alignment with love, the less time we have to suffer supporting a mindset that does not support us. The less we defend the ego’s mindset, the quicker it begins to dissolve from our consciousness. A doorway that get us from the ego’s judgment based mindset to the state of peace, is forgiveness. Today, when the ego demands judgment, let us instead forgive, over and over again, until we begin to realize the wisdom of this path. If we do not feel strong enough to forgive, then let us ask God to forgive for us, until we begin to align our thinking, with the Mind of God.
